The "whistle-blower" statute protects a legitimate whistle-blower from retaliation. There is no provision that demands he/she remain anonymous. This corrupt Brennan operative and leaker doesn't even meet the actual requirements, and when you factor in his coordination with Schiff weeks before coming forward, all you have is another lying member of the cabal trying to initiate the first c**p in American history. And they are so much worse than sore losers.
