My father was 101st Airborne in WWII...at the end ,when nazis were on the run,his platoon found a camp in Belgium that had been abandoned by these monsters. What he saw there is in the history-books, and validated every
German soldier he killed. It robbed him of his ability to believe in God,and much of his sanity.
If America,and it's allies,hadn't stopped that machine,they would STILL be committing mass-murder. This wasn't Glory,pal. Simply put,it was self-defense.

ww1/ww2/korean/all were about fighting for freedom something you enjoy every day without thinking about it we don't glorify but pay due respects to those who gave the ultimate price so you could continue to have those freedoms. Some wars we entered to stand by a country we have sworn to help defend. If your not paying attention those other forces have snuck through the cracks in our country and have very quietly gotten into our schools teaching our children and at universities. Turning this country upside down with their politically correct /sterilizing our history books pulling down statues u need to wake up and take a good look around you.

I intended this post not to champion nor to decry war at all.. no rational person wants a war. only in the most dire instance is war necessary..

But this museum is about the army, what and how it has accomplished the things needed for our freedom .
Not to glorify those actions, but to show those willing to sacrifice for this country, the finest ever formed.

I would like to visit and view these things, out of respect and the memory of these men and women..

No opposition nor endorsement was intended..
