The Civil Rights Act was pushed through by Republicans, not Democrats. All the FDR alphabet agencies were a bust had we not gotten involved in WWII.
Woodrow Wilson supported the Russian Revolution, FDR stole the Gold, crafted the Cold War, Lyndon Johnson stole the SS Trust Fund, Jimmy Carter started the Banking Crisis of Mandatory risky unsecured loans w/o making banks increase reserves.
All the other Agencies you are so proud of have become bloated money sink holes making their own laws outside the framework of our Constitution.

Constitutionally suspect, many have resulted in the destruction of the family and the replacement of God and religion in our society with government, a goal of the progressive state. Things like that though don't bother people like PeterS because you've got to break a few eggs to make an omelet. You see, another goal of progressivism is not really the betterment of humanity but in power over people.
