I definatly am, unless of course, I am not. Most people think I am, but do not contact my former wife. I played golf with her divorce lawyer after the divorce and he told me that she insisted on using what she swore to in the complaint even though he told her it could be slander. I reminded him that it would be liable, not slander, because it was not only written but under oath. He then told me that she knew that I would not sue because I was such a gentleman.
Use your own judgment whether I am or not.
During the trial wh**ever she got wh**ever she wanted and wh**ever I wanted was denied. She got a restaurant, a motel, over a million dollars and several investment proprerities. All I got was divorced. My lawyer found out a year later she was dating the judge

Sounds like commiseration and conflict of interest! Judge should have recused himself! Probably on the 9 th circuit in cally! Lol

He would probably recuse himself on the day the Pope became a Proestant. Seriously, so many times I hace beeb had the "Haddor" had problems. A few months after his decision he had a severe stroke and was in a nursing home until he died many years later.
