But I have always enjoyed the website www.listverse.com... They are pretty cool...

I have been on OPP for a number of years, and it is the only chat group in which I participate. I started posting here a few years ago when I was going through a tough time, dealing with the death of my brother who died of rectal cancer. When he was 10 he was molested by two men, which experience lasted for about 2 years. He ran away from home as a teenager because of the h**e filled response of our father when he found out what happened. My father blamed my brother rather than the bastards who abused him, and, since my father already h**ed me for being a deformed gimp, the "family" basically fell apart. I left home right out of high school and was on my way to self destruction when I met SWMBO and her wonderful, caring family. AND THE REST IS HISTORY. My brother came back into our lives when he was dying of rectal cancer and SWMBO and I took care of him ntil he died.
Believe it or not, one of the most supportive posters who is still on OPP was Rumitoid, which is why we have tried to support him through his bad times, even though at times he has been very frustrating. When the old, kind and caring Rumi appears we always celebrate and encourage his return.
