I am sure you hope that you, and those drug dealers could climb the roof. They will certainly do that and find ways to do it. But not as simple as when there were no walls. By the time they are at the top, ICE will be catching them down. So good luck for climbing, hope one day you will be locked up.

I like the moat, and I like the shooting in the legs part. But seriously, a wall is only one layer of security, I'm sure there are people out there who can get out of anything if they try hard enough. Someone did get off Alcatraz you know.
