There is no such thing as the Main Street Media (MSM). There is a thing known as the Free Press. The MSM was a term created by someone who wanted to identify the organizations that object to Donald Trump as the MSM. There is not a MSM. There is the Free Press, that reports the news. It does not report the news as you may not want it to be, but it does report the news. Fox gives Trumps' news, CNN and a few others report the news from a more liberal point of view, but they are all the news, and all part of the Free Press.

The Free Press gives the news to all of us, whether they what you call MSM or Free Press. Just because they report news that you may not want to hear, they are all part of the Free Press, and MSM is a made up word to denote something different than what you want to hear.

What you call the MSM happens to be the majority of the press that believes that Donald Trump lies about half the time, and they do point that out. That is what the Free Press does. They point out when a president says something that is not true, which used to happen from time to time. Now it happens on a regular basis. So now you call then the MSM, as opposed to the Free Press. Some of you want to believe Donald Trump. I would like to believe Donald Trump, but he is lying. He is not going to give you better health insurance at a cheaper price. Mexico is not going to pay for the wall. Trade wars are not easy to win. He is not a master of the deal. All he can do is break a deal. NAFTA, the Paris Climate Accords, the Iran nuclear Deal, almost NATO. He can't bargain his way out of a paper bag.

What concerns me the most is the poor people that can't see this flaw in Trump. They are the people that use the terms MSM and f**e news, and believe the lies that Trump spouts. They are the people that we need to be concerned about. The poor people that believes his lies.

MSM is not Main Street Media. It is Main Stream Media. It refers to the established, for profit, corporate media we have today which is the furthest thing from a free press.

Seriously, GI-rine, you need to pay better attention to the tone and tenor of the MSM.

Not one word on anything he has accomplished. With supporters like you he doesn't need democrats. Nothing the media says, including FOX is believable. CNN and NBC are the worst with ABC coming in a close second. When doing a story on Trump you can see the h**e in their speech and faces.If there is ever a civil war in America these talking heads will be the first a-holes that feel the effects.

MSM is the free press. You do know that that is based on the First Amendment. You know, the one right before the Second Amendment, which I am sure that you know about. Just because they report news you don't want to hear, it is still news (not f**e) and it is still important.

I came from one of those 'blink and you missed it' small towns, where the 'Main Street Media'
still thrives. Visit the barber shop, the grocery store, the laundry-mat and the tavern on Saturday,
Church on Sunday; that's it, you'll get all of the news that's fit to print, and not.

Oh yeah, they still have a weekly newspaper too, called the 7/7; 7 days to print it, 7 minutes to read it.

A number of years ago, there were rumors circulating around where I worked ( Nurses are the worlds worst gossips ). The rumor got around to me, with some folks trying to convince me that the rumors were true...............................not realizing that it was MYSELF that was involved in the incident. The thing is, after informing them that I was an eye witness and that their rumor was false, many STILL chose to believe the rumors.
