Since trump is citing the EEPA of 1977 as his authority for ordering companies to leave China, he must firtst declare a state of emergency to enforce his demands.

Here is a link to the act as approved by congress as part of a broader law.

And for all trump boys and girls, these are FACTS

All I can add is Putin must be very very proud of his purchase many years ago and another Russian leader Michelle Gorbachev said he would take the United States without firing a shot looks like he's right thanks to Donald Trump

the American companies take the American tax break but situate their factories abroad where their business practices don't get scrutinized under U.S. Law.
Its time American companies brought their businesses and jobs back to the United States. Minus freight costs customs and maritime risk they might as well try here.

Tired of seeing made in China on everything.

Made in China. Paid for by American fiduciary interests.

Trump is asking for another court fight which he will lose. It’s so funny how Trump keeps yapping about how Obama exceeded his authority, yet Trump does that almost daily.

And his rabid low intellect base lap up his poisonous kool aid the same Jim Jones' followers did.

And poor Jim did not the rightwing propagandists the way trump does
