In this article, the Amazon is on fire and the world looks on in horror..
The Amazon rainforest is called " The World's Lungs ", due to the amt of oxygen it creates.

The takeaway is to eat less meat. As a strategy to stop the forest burners in Brazil from burning the trees to clear land for beef production.

But a ban on beef from The United States and others won't stop other nations from buying it from Brazil. And that demand is what drives Brazilians to clear more land. (For them cows. )

Just like abandoning f****l f**ls in North America won't spur other nations to do the same.

Proposed bans on Brazilian beef won't work because China and Hong Kong are the hungry mouths saying "Where's the beef?"

But recent long term export contracts with Brazilian meat companies are European customers. The same countries which have flocked to sign the Paris Climate Accords.

So while President Trump has been chided for not falling to his knees to worship the green concerns of the Paris Climate Accords, those signatory nations have been arranging to get it THEIR way.

Funny how no one could have guessed that Brazilian cattle ranchers would t***sform their country's landscape to better produce cash exports for European countries with lunch money to spend.

I guess nobody will stampede to tell President Trump he was right. That is, to apologize on the hoof, as it were.

So, Europe gets to pay for the milk and drink it , but gets to appear vegan in the optics of diplomatic participation in c*****e c****e.

Nobody else figured that out?

That the originators of the Paris Climate Accords were partly responsible for setting the Amazon on fire?

The Paris Accord.

Not lovin' it.!
