Pretty soon their entire staff will be either under indictment or being sued. Luckily for them, their are almost at the bottom of the barrel and can't go much further. Nice to listen to guys like Lemon who think Trump is a POS, not exactly going to get the "Walter Cronkite Neutrality Award". CNN is struggling and keeping one-sided A-holes like Don Lemon around not really a smart move. IMHO, I think he was respected by BOTH sides. And most importantly he reported the news. I can't and I'm pretty you can't ever remember him throwing his two cents worth in as an opinion. News was just different then. they all respected the President no matter what side of the aisle he was from. A few years after Cronkite, journalism started to die. unfortunately, you can tell what side their on after one paragraph....and they all have an agenda. Tim Russert was the same way. You couldn't tell if he was an R or a D. If you got a feel (a general analysis of how people reacted or thought of Cronkite, I think you find him to respected and for the most part neutral when behind the mic. Of course, after he retired we found out he was a flaming liberal....but I think he held his politics close to the vest. I hope other ppl on OPP will comment. Maybe I'm all wet (as usual), but we'll see.
