Many of the cops that are involved in shooting incidents are hot heads with records of multiple civilian complaints against them. While many are decent people doing their jobs. It's a better idea to get rid of the chaff, how many settlements and credible cases of brutality should a cop be able to get away with before we say this is a bad cop?
...and if a person doesn't have a gun leave your gun in the holster, that's why they have mace and stun guns.

Oh really??? Stun gun???..You know you can easily k**l somebody with a Stun gun.....And who is to determine if you used un necessary deadly force???What if a person keeps on coming at you with a knife and you told him to stop,but he wont stop???...What if a person under the influence of drugs and is not paying attention to you ???..Can you use deadly force then???..You or i have never been in this situation and hopefully will never will be.....so who are you to tell when police officer should or should not use a deadly force???
