Talk about absolute propaganda, this is it. Maduro ruined Venezuela long before any embargo. There is a mass exodus from the country, thanks to his and his predecessors socialist policies. People are starving. Venezuela has destabilized the entire region.

So an embargo helps the situation? If Venezuela weren't setting on massive oil reserves there would be no concern for the hapless situation the Venezuelan people find themselves in.

Still, the only reason this government initially had reason to caused friction with Castro was that Castro threw out the Mayer Lansky crime organization when he took control.

Your writing indicates intelligence; it has always baffled me though how seemingly intelligent people can be so easily fooled.

All it would take is a bit of open-minded observation to see things as they are. The topic I brought up was the inhumanity of the embargos. It isn't rocket science; the leaders of a country never suffer under an imbargo.

Has an embargo ever worked to bring about regime change? It certainly hasn't worked with North Korea. Have a people ever suffered more than the North Korean people? Some entertain the idea the US should use military force against Venezuela using the excuse of easing the suffering of the people.

In fact, invading Venezuela could become a reality, using that as an excuse. Does anyone think the US will be invading North Korea anytime soon to ease the suffering of those people? I wonder why not? Ya don't suppose it could be that it would be easy to beat up on Venezuela.

Beating up on a weaker opponent but unwilling to take someone on who might give ya a bloody nose is the sign of a bully. My stance has nothin' to do with being, as you charge, a socialist-c*******t. I attempt to deal in reality to the best of my ability.

You might be right if the deep state were still running everything. They still have pockets of control but they are being taken out. Trump hasn't attacked anyone except ISIS and Iran sites in Syria. The only other weapons he has used are tariffs and sanctions. All legal and effective and no war or dead US military members. I think what you are really upset about is he has blessed Israel. You blame them and the US for everything wrong with the world. You don't know how to tell the good guys from the bad guys because they both wear the same uniforms. Trump knows who the bad guys are. A little support would be nice once in a while for your own country. Power in corrupt hands is a bad thing. Power in good hands is a good thing. It's just that simple. Trump is a good guy and it's easy to see that if you're smarter than a fifth-grader. If for no other reason than he is saving children from sex traffickers. They are our most valuable resource and the USA is the worst offender in the world for now, but that's changing quickly. You're just not noticing it. Trump is going after the Rothschilds and Rockerfellows but not the average Jew or Israel.
