Isaiah chapter 62
Verse 1 and 2
Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. It is also the only nation in the Middle East that exports grains, vegetables, and flowers. What they have done with that nation, that didn’t exist until 1948, is nothing short of miraculous. It is a shining example of how capitalism will improve a nation. One day this will be understood by all.
Verse 3 and 4
God values those that suffer for His name. We should lead humble lives, turning the other cheek, until God lifts us up.
Verse 5 - 9
God is not a socialist. He says in Jeremiah 17:5 that cursed be the man that trusteth in man. He doesn’t approve of one man planting, and another eating his harvest. What we sow, we reap.
Verse 10 - 12
Jesus will return soon. Abortion and same sex marriage should not be the law of the land. If His reward is with Him, we haven’t received it yet
