I went looking for a song by John Lennon that I love to hear as long as I don't listen too closely to the words. That is John Lennon's "Imagine". There is a tv commercial running these days with a part of the Lennon work on it and I always listen to all of that.

Anyway, after I heard Lennon I just had to go to the place I always ends up when listening to music on You Tube. That is a thing that I have always ended up crying when hearing the boy's life story and then really wondering how God always finds the instruments he does where music is concerned as soon as the homeless boy opens his mouth. I just have to listen to Choi, Sung-bong on days like this.

When that voice comes out of that little man I just sit in amazement. The judge who said she wanted to help him develop that wonderful instrument he has to work with may be out some money but the world would always be a better place the more he develops.

Really off topic; however, every time I hear the song Imagine I can see Peggy Fleming skating to the song on a castle turret. Years ago I saw a film of her doing a performance in that way.

I see the man and Yoko OnO from that video of them walking into the house that results in him playing the piano and singing and her opening the curtains that hang pretty long. I love that song and the piano accompaniment, especially the piano part. I don't care for the words so do manage to avoid hearing anything but the sounds.

I have never watched that one just one time. Always at least two times because of how great he sounds, and I like his story.

Roy, I have to say that I really like the words to "Imagine." Gives me something to think about. "What if we could all live in peace?" Would that be so wrong?

I always think of the One World Government that some think we can have when I hear him sing about no nations and nothing to die for and so on. A great idea but I know his attitude toward things of a national nature and just can't accept the sound of one world since without laws we are in real trouble.

I don't know about the savage beast but the sound of this young man's voice certainly does a lot for me.

They were all shocked and had tears almost immediately. I don't think they thought he would sound anything like that.
