==============
This Muslim radical does not know the theory and application of economics. If her demands prevail, then most businesses will close. Could not continue on an on-going-business concerns. When business close we have very high unemployment. Most of these unemployed will then depend on the government instead of working.
She sells her idea like Bernie Sanders to lure v**ers who are mostly dumb and stupid.Bernie demands that minimum wage to be $15/hr. But found out his employees are paid less than the minimum. And further, Bernie reduced working hours to those who demand minimum wage.
Bernie and the rest of these radicals, the 4 squad, are so hypocrites and dishonest. Their stupidities are so glaring that could not be ignored.
While $20 an hour sounds nice I don't think most people realize how this hurts small businesses and that can be significant.

Maybe. But just a decade ago, $15 didn't seem doable. And here we are. Even the NC state gov't has 15 as the minimum. What folks often forget is that this round of minimum wage increases only matches partially the cost of living increases.
The real wage of the average American worker entering the force, and for those who find themselves again at the bottom, has not budged in 40 yrs.
15 has the same buying power as 2 did in the 1970s. I've posted the stats before and they're easy enough to find.
$15/hr isn't some kind of give away. It only keeps those on the bottom rung of the economic treadmill from falling further behind. Not doing so and allowing economic ine******y to increase could have unpredictable consequences. Just sayin'.....that might be one reason the right aren't "shocked, shocked, I tell you" about the $15....they can read the public mood too.
$20/hr is coming....time to inure oneself to the idea. As the cost of food and shelter increases, it shouldn't surprise anyone that working folks might want to partake in these commodities.

I’m not against a working minimum wage by any means but I really don’t think most people realize the impact it has on small businesses. There are other factors as well as more close than are created. Just pointing out that simply raising the minimum wage isn’t so simple.
I’d like to see a way to stem the greed that causes prices to rise. When pigs fly maybe.

All I have to say is I'd better not be told to park it and wait for my big Mac and fries if they are getting $20/hour!!

It would force most if not all service businesses to either increase their prices or close. If they didn't do that they would have to fire a good portion of the staff that they now employ.
