Need Advice...
Go to a DENTIST if it has been more than a week.
Advil,
There are oral numbing agents (Orajel?) that may help.
You can rub Sensodyne toothpaste on the toothache.

Thank you!!!..I forgot about Sensodyne!!!!
And the best tip I can give is to find a dentist and see him or her regularly--every 6 months for cleaning and X-rays. Any problems you have will be minor else you need a root canal and crown which will be much more pricy than just a checkup and any fillings you might need. See a dentist sooner not later...
Mix 50/50 hot water and hydrogen peroxide, swish it around in your mouth awhile, then spit it out. Repeat that every couple of hours, the toothache should disappear.
Most toothache comes from infection, the peroxide will k**l it off.
Most of the topical ointment type products like OraGel, Sensodyne, etc are mainly temporary fixes that numb rather than solve the problem.
But afterwards, you should definitely see a dentist.
Yeah, I know

"GAH!"...
But at least a dentist will fix wh**ever is wrong on a more permanent basis... ð

I don't know what to tell you. The longer you wait the worse it's going to get. I lost 5 teeth when I was younger simply because I wouldn't go to the dentist. I had bridges and now implants all of which could have been avoided if I had just gone to the dentist on a regular basis. Usually, I just see the hygienist and see the dentist only when there is a problem. What you need to do is find a dentist with a hygienist--get regular cleanings and take care of wh**ever problems that pop up. If you don't, it will cost a thousand or more for a root canal and crown--which is what you will need the longer you wait trying to find cures for your pain.
BTW, peroxide will work but look at your tooth and see if your gums are swollen. If they are you will have to work the infection out--it will be gross--then gargle with a diluted peroxide mixture. Keep this up at least twice a day--but again you are just putting off the inevitable...
Some of the CBD products are effective. however, a toothache is a symptom of a problem, not the problem itself. It could mean an abscess that means an infection that could spread, perhaps to your jaw bone, or your brain. SEE A DENTIST!!!
You could look for a dentist that puts you to sleep before working on your teeth that is one option or you could opt for all of your teeth being replaced with those screw in types they usually do that type of work after they put you out so I am told.
Whiskey...Preferably JD... Don't even need to drink it (though why wouldn't you
) , just swirl it in your mouth for a minute
