About those lies.

Is President Trump aware of his lies?

I’m fascinated by this question.

As a result, I’ve read a lot about it. Here’s what I’ve concluded:

Sometimes he does. For example, he continues to say publicly that “no one pointed a finger” at MBS in the murder and dismemberment of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Yet he told one of the confidantes he calls to pass the lonely evenings, “Of course he did it. Who gives a f***?”
Sometimes he knows, but then forgets. He’ll tell a lie, that gets picked up by Hannity and Fox & Friends — who report it as being true. He then sees it on TV, and having forgotten he was the one who put the lie in play, genuinely believes he’s hearing new information from a trusted source.
Sometimes he isn’t even listening. Trump will say wh**ever he thinks will be most to his advantage at that particular point in time. He’s not concerned about being consistent with past statements. He isn’t thinking about how a particular claim will affect him going forward. He’s totally t***sactional. As one one staffer put it, “He doesn’t want to win the day; he wants to win the second.”
The obvious question is what’s the ratio between these three scenarios. And that I don’t know. Trump has said “You tell them and they believe you,” which argues for #1 getting a big slice of the pie. But as the pressures mount and the number of plates he’s got spinning in the air are too numerous to count, I think the other two scenarios grow in weight.

PR,

I have read a lot of Permafrost’s comments over the years. I think he has made a left turn for some reason, maybe there is something in the water in the Land of Lakes besides the pollution that causes two headed frogs, that has affected him & the hardy Minnesotans who elected a Somalia radical.

They have put up w/ no police zones, let the Somalia’s do wh**ever they want, ruined The Mall of America.

I spent a lot of time in the Ford Plant there for years, saw all the crap happening the same way it did in Dearborn, MI & Newark, NJ. I was in Dearborn for 9/11 & they were celebrating.
