Normally these cases are really hard to prosecute or sue on because it can be hard to prove intent, but this i***t left a message on the phone to the effect of "he didn't let Ni##ers in his house...
...Now "some if his best friends are Ni##ers".

The landlords are i***ts, especially in 2019. I was the token honkey with an all black (except me) hunt club for 20 years. The two head honchos subbed for (masons) me and that's how I got my foot in the door. I stayed because another guy and myself were the main deer k**lers. The rest of the guys couldn't shoot for s**t. We hunted with dogs which meant most shots were running and the swamps we hunted in were usually pretty thick so you had to think ahead and pick your shots before the deer even got there. With the exception of a couple, some of the best guys I've know. Mike

When I lived in Shreveport Louisiana and hunted in the swamps I met a black guy out in the swamp that asked me what I was shooting, I told him armadillos, squirrels, Moccasins, pigs. He asked what I did with the armadillos and I told him nothing, he said he'd take them so I started bringing him one or two (those buggers are heavy). Damn those things are good when they're cooked right.

I wouldn't have a clue on how to cook an armadillo and I'm a pretty good wildlife cook. Mike

Almost comical. I once worked on an old womans' house --Her name was Dixie and she was from Georgia. She was nearly blind but seemed very nice and made cookies and coffee for us. One day she turned on me and accused me of having colored men working on her house and that they had stolen canned goods out of her pantry. I was floored. We worked on the outside and I had White guys working for me. I told her that was not so and she angrily told me back "I might not a seen em but I know how they sound" "You had colored men at my house and I don't appreciate it." I got away from her as quickly as I could.

Tom, I h**e that thinking. In 1955 I was 5 years old living in Jackson, MS. We were military so moved a lot. Two of my friends were beating me up because of the way I was raised and I was disagreeing with them over something. My mom came out and broke it up which I didn't want cause I thought I could eventually over come them. Probably not but at 5 what ya going to do. At any rate as she d**gged me away I called them and they called me n****rs. Needless to say I got my mouth washed out with soap and sent to my room. Neighbors found out and wanted to run my mother out of town for punishing me for calling "those boys" n****rs.

I don't use that word and to my many black friends I've asked that they don't also though they struggle more than I. Mike

You are a good guy Mike. I Was raised in a r****t home and believe it or not from the time I could listen I was lectured almost daily on light skin and dark skin. I was forbidden to play with dark skinned kids and not allowed to go shirtless and get a tan that is how bad it was. Signs downtown said "colored rooms " "colored lounge" Green river ordinance enforced here. This was Klamath Falls Oregon.

I had a black partner in real estate. We closed a deal and fist bumped and I said my n***a! She burst out laughing and said you’re not supposed to say that! I said why not? Never been r****t! H**e that word!

We BBQ smoked an Armadillo in TX years ago.
They are vegetarians.
Meat is white like chicken.
They were called ' Hoover Hogs' back during the depression so my deer hunting buddy said. People were hungry back then...(:
