That's not vaudevillian, Bob Hope would call it a nightmare, Bob brought his wife on stage once to show the folks what he had to put up with, and the audience loved it so much it created pandemonium.

Problum was, Bob couldn get a breather some in the audience started to roll down the aisles untill the Zoo keeper turned up and escorted Bob back to his cage but the bedlam continued.

Luckily Bill eventually told Hillary to get down off that damm stage and stop making a fool of herself, she did.

And I can relate to everything he said. That's why it was funny. I would wake up sweating and she was all up in my space but wanted a king size bed. A single mattress would have worked. She was like sleeping next to a hot water heater.

Indeed, hummm, yes yes I guess, there is a lot to be said for the old ways before some bright spark said, let's bury our leader with his spear and stone axe instead of giving it to Grandma so she could remember her son.

Of course Granny complained when it went underground, harken in reply said the bright spark, if you can't remember exactly who your son was, then how do you think the father feels never knowing it was his son that rose to such a lofty height.

As it turns out matriarchal society was much more refreshing for the dad's in the old days when inheritance didn't much matter, which is why the Australian Aboriginals always rejected sparking up fires preferring always to rub two sticks together.
