Yet McConnell says there will be no v**e or debate allowed on these issues...this is pretty hard to explain rationally.

Increasing cyber security will make it more difficult for the Russians to muck with our e******ns and this would put the republicans, particularly Putins Pumpkinfuhrer at a disadvantage. It isn’t really difficult to see why McConnell is blocking the legislation, he is simply putting party and Pumpkinfuhrer before the well being and security of his country.

The 14 or so states that refuse to upgrade their systems have serious issues with GOP controlled e******n boards as well as e******n tallying irregularities.

There's a reason these states don't want to upgrade to systems that are harder to monkey with.

E******n integrity should be a top priority of all people, instead we are operating with an awareness of problems that benefit the GOP. The more e******ns are made fair the worse shrinking republican presence is going to be.
