Misuse by miscriants,
It's just so ridiculous. The social Security fund is nothing but a pile of Treasury IOUs. It's like moving money from one pocket to the other, spending it, and putting an IOU in your pocket in its place, then counting it as cash. Ron Paul railed about this the whole time he was in Congress. Nobody paid any attention.

Syria and the Mideast, in history making drought for the last 7 years.. longer now, old informatin.
If you farm in the ME and can not grow melons, you have no income, no life, no future..
India hottest day ever recorded the green revolution grains do not stand up to the heat, let alone drought. they die, if the farmers go back to the old strains of grain, they get a crop but not enough to feed the nation and export to market..
If the problem repeats this year it may be reflected in the United States..

Drought in India has resulted in tens of millions of deaths over the course of the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. Droughts have periodically led to major Indian famines, including the Bengal famine of 1770, in which up to one third of the population in affected areas died; the 1876–1877 famine, in which over five million people died; and the 1899 famine, in which over 4.5 million died. This is nothing new nor is it relate to any made made CO2 emissions. Syrian drought is the worst in 900 years, which means that 900 years ago they had a worse one whihc means it wasn't caused by man's CO2 Emission. As for Pakistan, it's weather is much like India and their history of bad droughts and flash floods goes back hundreds of years, before there even were significant CO2 emissions.
In other words, this is nothing new, it is just being hyped up to bolster the c*****e c****e alarmists "sky is falling" scenario's.

Do you know if that's the highest in the history of Alaska? Records break all the time. It's called weather.

They have what can only be described as a deep freeze winter, then the heat kicks in in May/June and it scorches for a couple of months before the deep freeze again. Of course they're hot, you can only take so much off, but you can always put more on.

Ah, Y2K. Those were the days. I sat there at work one day towards Christmas, 1999 and had a thought, so I set the clock on my work computer to 12/31/1999 and 11:59PM just to see what happened when it rolled over. As expected, nothing happened, it just continued on into Y2K. Yawn.
