Well, that just about places him a the scene of the crime, doesn't it? Motive? Pure evil, obviously. Tell me, just what were the results of the police investigation into the accusation that he was a rapist? You know, the one where they gather actual evidence and take witness statements, collect samples and specimens, and generally try and figure out what actually took place. In other words, what did the investigating officer find and why was he never charged as a rapist?

what I am saying is that they know each other very well, that is all I am saying. charges ended up being dropped.

What do you suppose impeachment is? It is the preferring of charges against a sitting President for the Senate to then hear the evidence and decide guilt or innocence. Any, and I mean any American citizen, can be charged with criminal activity, regardless of political or social standing.
The Founders understood that political opponents could easily remove a president by simply alleging a crime and getting charges filed; thus the mechanism of impeachment. (For high crimes and misdemeanors, which was not well defined and could mean just about anything).
Impeachment removes the president from office.
AFTERWARD, he is no longer a sitting president.
He can then be charged with a crime.
