As I contemplate the meaning of the 4th of July, I am fully cognizant of the many blessings that we have living in this country.
But, at the same time, I can't help but recall the analogy of "is the glass half full or half empty"?

To an engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
Great piece by Judge Napolitano. Thanks for sharing this. Not only did the Declaration reflect a 180-degree change at the very core of societal attitudes in America, but also the world as well. The first of its' kind.
