That was an obtuse statement to put it nicely, they didn't c***t to get into "our universities", they c***ted and bought their way into elite universities, and got caught in a way that indicated fraud and graft...
and how about anyone getting a free education must not have been c***ting, they must have done things by the book or it wouldn't happen.
