Boy it sure has changed over the years hasn't it? I was a parent and that type of behavior was totally unacceptable when we were at a game for our kids.

I coached, or helped coach my son's sports all through elementary school, and never saw anything like this! Parents got stupid, but nothing like this!!

Here's a bit of a long story, but funny.

A cowboy friend, and I were coaching our boys softball team when they were like, in third grade, maybe. We had a dad who was a loudmouth ass, and cocky as hell who constantly yelled at the boys from the sideline in spite of being told to tone it down several times.
One day at practice, we were doing batting practice, I was standing by second base, and Jim Bob (his real name) was in the outfield behind me with another dad pitching when this guy yells out something about the boys wearing skirts, and panties out there.
That big ole cowboy, a real ranch cowboy, about 6' 5", 250lbs, and work hardened, came blowing by me snorting like a mad bull, grabbed the guy by one arm, stood him up, and took him behind some bushes. We all heard argueing, but couldn't hear exactly what was said until Jim Bob raised his voice, and said "Partner, I'm about to whip your ass!" Then it got quiet, they came out buddies, we resumed practice, and that guy kept his mouth shut for the rest of the season.
The boys played ball, and had fun.
The last was the point of the entire endeavor.

This is a true story as well!

"In Search of Bobby Fischer" is a 1993 movie, based on actual people and events, about young chess players, primarily playing tournaments... And they show how the adults - parents for the most part - acted like crazed delinquents while watching their kids playing in a tournament, and were actually caged in the school's basement until the tournament was over... And the kids applauded the caging of the "grown-ups" so they could quietly, and civilly play chess...

A generation later, we've only gotten worse...
