Luke chapter 22

Verse 1 - 6

The enemies of Christ should be your enemies also. Last week, the whole city was celebrating because Jesus entered Jerusalem riding a donkey. satan sees the religious leaders conspiring to kill Jesus and entered Judas. he was behind the killing of John the Baptist also.

Verse 7 - 15

Jesus didn’t come to change your life, but to fulfil scripture. He made scripture come alive. You should too. A true Christian is more concerned with what they can give, instead of what they can get.

Verse 16 - 18

Right now when we die we go to heaven. One day heaven is coming here. It has been almost 2,000 years. There isn’t much time left.

Verse 19 and 20

If His blood is the New Testament, His flesh is the old. The passover lamb was eaten. Jesus died to fulfil scripture, set an example for how our lives should be, and make scripture come alive.

Verse 21 - 23

Jesus knew Judas had already planned to betray Him.The other disciples didn’t know who it was.

Verse 24 - 30

The greatest among you should be your servant. Jesus says take up your cross. Now, how the words are spoken matters more than the meaning behind the words.

Verse 31 - 34

We used to be one nation under God. Now, finger pointers and false accusers are looked up to. In Mark 16:7, Peter is the only disciple mentioned by name because he felt he was no longer a disciple after his denying.

Verse 35 - 38

We need teachers of God’s word more than entertainers. If you work for God, He will pay you. You shouldn’t expect pay until you have done the work. This do nothing but finger point, feel good religion deceives minds.

Verse 39 - 44

This is the point where Christ is thought to have cold feet concerning the crucifixion. Christ wasn’t afraid to be crucified. He was praying for us. He didn’t want to pour wrath on those that didn’t understand. The Jesus that could pray for His killers while they are killing Him I want on my side.

Verse 45 and 46

The answer is no. At some point, it will be too late tao be saved. If you worship satan, that is unforgivable. Christ will return when least expected. We will least expect Him to return when we think He is already here.

Verse 47 - 53

They sent 600 people to arrest Jesus. These were not Roman soldiers, but a ragtag bunch of misfits. When satan is in charge, things don’t make sense. satan’s logic is pathetic. If they had been soldiers, they would have killed Peter for attacking one of their own.

Verse 54 - 62

Peter’s denial is in all four gospels. We all will have setbacks. Deceived minds will try to make something of the setback. Keep on keeping on. Christ will neither leave nor forsake you.

Verse 63 - 65

Satan is in control. But he has no vision and fails to consider that actions have consequences. These men are dead. Christ is at the right hand of God.

Verse 66 - 71

The witnesses didn’t have their stories straight. The case was unravelling.

Luke chapter 22 br br Verse 1 - 6 br br The enem... (show quote)

Where in Scripture does it say worshiping Satan is unforgivable?

I find only one unforgivable sin in Scripture and its not false worship.
Worshiping false gods ie: Mormons, Jehovah witnesses and many more worship Satan's counterfeit Jesus counterfeit father and counterfeit Holy Spirit.
Keith Green a Satanist that came to Jesus and through his Christian music and testimony at concerts, thousands came to accept Jesus.

Mark 4:28-29 where Jesus says: “People will be forgiven for all sins and whatever blasphemies they may blaspheme.  But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin.”

Let’s examine the context for Jesus’ words about blasphemy. Marks sets the scene for us when he tells how “scribes who had come down from Jerusalem said, ‘He (Jesus) has Beelzebul in Him!’ and, ‘He drives out demons by the ruler of demons.’” Jesus answered their absurd argument: “How can Satan drive out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.  And if Satan rebels against himself and is divided, he cannot stand but is finished!”

Their attack on Jesus is absolutely absurd, but it clearly reveals how they had hardened their hearts and blinded their eyes to God Who was standing right in front of them in the Person of Jesus Christ! They had refused to open their heart, soul, and mind to Jesus, slammed the door to their lives in the face of Jesus.

There had sealed themselves from the influence much less presence of God’s Spirit. They who had inoculated themselves against Jesus were truly guilty of blaspheming the Holy Spirit and squelching any sense of sinfulness on their part, and therefore there was no hope for repentance with resultant forgiveness. Where there is not a trace of culpability for the most outrageous there can be no mercy from the most gracious God.

In his Service,

Jack

I only ask you provide scripture. Since scripture says something different than the post statement.
Test everything by scripture and when someone is teaching "scripture" I request they show me in scripture what they teach.
It's an honest question that I challenged using scripture.

If your teaching something, show me or it's false teaching.
