Why the Constitution created Checks and Balances.

They ignore the constitution, they play with words. There comments that oversight is no where in the constitution and they are right the word is not but the term of Checks and balances and separation of powers clearly spelled out the intent to hold every branch of government accountable. So the oversight committee should be changed to Checks and balances committee then to these people will think it’s legal.
What specifically in the Constitution do they ignore?

No need to respond because it’s clear you did not and I mean did not read the Muellar report, you lack the basic understanding of what it’s intent was and his findings.
Your talking the Uranium One again and it’s not 20% and the uranium mined cannot be exported out of this country and it gets sold to US nuclear power plants, and Clinton had nothing to do with the approval process. That whole issue was nothing. So again you lack the basic understanding when a foreign country wants to buy an American company the process for approval is immense. So debating something which you have no understanding is a waste of time.
Again you have not read the Iran deal you lack a basic concept that was in the Iran deal so it’s difficult to debate someone on an issue such as Iran and you never read the agreement.
This the problem with Trump supporters they hear something on Fox news or read an article written by a conspiracy theorist that because your facts.
The Russians understand the right wing ignorants they know nothing matters but there r****t agenda. They will hack into our social media and as you can see you posted it on this site without one once of fact checking..
Let’s just ask a basic question on the Uranium one deal. How many agencies within the federal government were required to approve Uranium one and what restriction were put on the new owner. Simple enough you commented on the issue so you should have the answer.

And it was Britain that wanted Hillary elected and was instrumental in producing the Steele dossier.

You said Clinton had nothing to do with the approval process of Uranium One sales? Wrong. The sales could not officially finalize without the approval of Mr. Obama, the US president, and Hillary Clinton the Sec. of State. Those are protocols and policies of enforceable t***sactions within the US government.
Don't lie and fool people.

Certainly, as soon as they quit ignoring facts. I can understand different opinions, but facts are facts and not subjective.

And you own all facts, right?

Not all facts are objectively equal. You can't make facts out of opinions no matter how many times you repeat them. Nevertheless, Ad hominems do not make your points any stronger as it is fallacious reasoning.

Do your research or keep your ignorant comments to yourself if you don't want to make such a fool of yourself.

Since uranium is considered a strategic asset with national security implications and Uranium One owned uranium mining operations in the United States, the acquisition of Uranium One by Rosatom was reviewed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), a committee of nine government cabinet departments and agencies including the United States Department of State, which was then headed by Hillary Clinton. Clinton herself did not sit on CFIUS, but rather the State Department was represented by Jose Fernandez, the Assistant Secretary of State for Economic, Energy and Business Affairs, who stated that Clinton was not involved in the Uranium One matter.

Hmm, one person is open to facts, prefers getting information from multiple sources and doesn't mind doing their research, another guy is OPPOSED to facts, only bothers getting his opinions fed to him through alt-right media and seemingly lacks the intelligence, the ambition or both to do any research. Which one has their head up their back side?
Remove your head from your hind side and view the facts, on the B******i attack alone 6/10 investigations were conducted by the Republicans themselves. I suppose that all the republicans that kept insisting on doing more investigations into B******i are all Obama henchmen, right? Enjoy that crow feast in your near future.
As you refuse to face facts, I feel that continuing to discuss this with you is useless. Unless you either accept Actual reality or can present new REAL facts/points/evidence to support your arguments, I will likely not bother responding further with you on this topic.

You obviously just talk out of your butt, anyway. I have done investigative work, for a living, including a few occasions where I was paid to backtrack someone else because the client wasn't satisfied with the previous investigation for wh**ever reason. On two occasions I found stuff my predecessor missed that led to different conclusions.
So instead of delivering uninformed, wishful thinking ignorance, you may want to wait and see like an intelligent person might do. I'm sure you must know at least one that you could ask.😁

I am not the one trying to state opinions as facts, aim that the other direction, you know, the direction whose wrongs you choose to ignore. I am tired of all the ignorance they are constantly displaying and yet they try to project their own ignorance onto others. Point your condescension where it truly belongs.

It's pointed at both sides. Me thinketh the Lady or Gentleman doth protest too much.

Yes, because everything said anonymously on the internet by unknown persons is always true. If you ever did do any research, and no, on conspiracy theory websites does not count, you wouldn't be so misinformed.
Bring some t***h or facts to the table or the discussion between you and me on this subject is over.
Re: Common -Sense- Matters:
Fools and liars you radical DEMS are. You always violate policies, override policies and procedures. You think you are above the law. Most of the DEMS activities have been lawless during your Barack's time.
E.g. The Deep State, Uranium One Sales, B******i, $150 billion to Iran, plus $1.8 billion cash, ISIS, Political Correctness, etc. Now Iran has manufactured sophisticated weapons attacking the whole Gulf region. Barack funded them.
And you want to cover it up, you ignorant fool!
Clinton passed the buck but the buck stops with her. She made sure her hands weren't touching this mess. But she was aware of every detail of the t***saction and passed it to an underling.
Come on, That is Clinton M.O. in nearly everything they do.
