What you people have repeatedly ignored, a warrant of any type is not legal on falsified information.
As long as the official applying for the warrant doesn't know the information is false there is no issue. As an example if an informant gives a police officer erroneous information about a suspect and the police act in good faith applying for the warrant the warrant remains legal as the cop did not act in bad faith. Beyond that if some of the information used to obtain the warrant is false and someone true the warrant is still completely legitimate.

Trump for 3 months has taken to the bully pulpit and keeps telling the American people that finally the Muellar investigation is over and its case closed I have been 100% exonerated it’s time to move on.
But why is he still attacking Muellar why is he still attacking Mueller's team of investigators, why is he blocking Subpoenas why is he refusing to turn over documents.
After all he has been exonerated. He should be putting Muellar on Rushmore
DUH --- dumb azz they continue to attack him, some people are just so stupid it makes one wonder how they managed to reach the age of 10 yrs or more !!!!!!

Do you mean like, when he had no chance to win the e******n, or like Mueller would definitely throw Trump out of office and into jail ? Is that what you mean ?
The difference between no chance To win and now is we see how much a crook he is and how he h**es AMERICA now that's a wining platform. Trump and most his family will go to jail but I'm betting he will steal air force 1 and go to Russia.

Yes you are right. However, in the case of FISA warrants... they were issued in Oct 2016. Ohr briefed the FBI in July and Aug regarding the Steele Dossier explicitly cautioning that the British intelligence operative’s work was opposition research connected to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and might be biased. So, it would seem that the FBI did not operate in good faith. Also, no effort was made by the FBI to vet the document, legally the document should not have been used until the vetting was complete.

If the Dementiacrats can conjure up enough f**e evidence to have him arrested, I’d encourage him and cheer him on if he stole Airforce One.

Ha! Yeah! And fly it himself no doubt. Oh. My. God. How deranged can it get?
Trump has every right to be angry with Mueller and his team, let him vent he he's entitled. Mueller is not a stupid man he should have known that the premise of the 'investigation' was false. He also failed to follow any tracks leading to the DNC and Hillary. Now he's petrified about testifying to the House because he knows that Republicans will bring up these issues.

Wrong you are, oh so wrong. You are parroting a false narrative pimped to the gullible members of the I***t Pumpkinfuhrer’s cult. The threshold to obtain a warrant is simply probable cause. There is no obligation to provide exculpatory evidence when applying for a warrant. There is no need to provide proof beyond reasonable doubt or even a preponderance of evidence. Probable cause is all, and then it is at the judges discretion.
Now you are wrong. A FISA Warrant is not a usual warrant. Even Scumbag Democrats recognized the potential for FISA abuse and put in extra protections.
Again, you are wrong.

See, this is where t***h or fiction is decided. Recently McCabe who has been trying to avoid prison by admitting that protocol wasn't a concern in the warrant applications.
People of desperation can try to mask the illegality of the warrants by this tired end run around the facts with, "some drunk talked to an Australian spook"...
Comey...remember him? When Comey was showing himself to be in the business of subterfuge and s******n, and it was rightly pointed out, you started parroting another false narrative that we the people were accusing the whole FBI as corrupt, when the absolute t***h is, it was an elect few, against Trump, but for Hillary. Comey left a pattern of evidence that will be incriminating to his defense. He tried to taunt the President with the store bought unauthenticated document which means(THE DOSSIER WAS NOT FBI IN-HOUSE EVIDENCE!!!!!) Comey even told the President this very same thing.
The trick being worked on now?? Who of "team conspiracy" will be the fallguys.
People of desperation (The Team) as Loretta Lynch identified/implicated them as, worked up the insurance policy.
There is such a huge volume of evidence that Mueller totally avoided in his Russia witch hunt.
It's the same evidence of Hillary, The Team, and you personally don't like to discuss.
Because unlike the President, the more The Teams criminal behavior is brought to light....guilt and culpability are partners implicating the Team's non protocol (unlawful) activities.
The t***h is almost endless, but you get the idea.

I'd be glad to send a check, so that you can drink booze, instead of gutter water for intoxication purposes.
