Many of us would like to see term limits for all reps and the number of times to be reelected.

To see a push for one official language and everyone who comes in to blend with the one common language, no preferences. Language is the thread that ties us all together as one unified nation, two languages won't do that.

Immigration, I would do what other countries do such as Canada, there would be a five-year wait, even with marriage.
No automatic citizenship simply due to being born on our soil, at least one parent has to be a citizen, either natural born or naturized.

I would end gerrymandering

End any exchange of monies from gifts or trade with lobbyist.

Check the integrity of all v****g methods

Reevaluate the e*******l count. No decisions until all v**es are in, have absent ballads be counted first so they are always included. Find a better order to count the states. California should not be one of the last, that eliminates too many people.

Pass a law that whenever there is a cost of living increase every year, that includes increasing the minimum wage, therby avoiding what we have going on now, a possible jump as we will see now can hurt industries. If maintained yearly this wouldn't happen.

Set some environmental regulations to counter g****l w*****g.

Promote healthcare to be a choice of either public or private.

Rein in profit gouging from big Pharma, that we pay the same as our foreign neighbors and not ten times more.

Have different ratings on violence in movies and gaming and to discourage extreme graphic violence from the industry.

As foreign affairs goes, not sure and open to suggestions,

Protect our wildlife preserves, our waters, and air.

Promote more means to recycle garbage from landfills and water.

I would add these. 1. End all legal immigration other than business and tourists, for at least 25 years to give us breathing space to get our country back on track and force assimulation of those millions already here. 2. Stop any/all government/public actions in anything but English (printing documents, reading and speaking the citizenship oath in English only/no interpreters/no changes in the oath for anyone for any reason, no drivers licenses without proficiency in English and proof of auto insurance and proof of citizenship. 3. Do all things needed to guard every inch of our southern border 24/7 and let no unauthorized foreigners into the USA for any reason, including women and children/no entry, period. 4. Provide each involved nation and embassy with a list of all their unaccompanied minor citizens in our country illegally and give them two weeks to prepare to accept custody of their minor citizens for immediate t***sport home. Do this with all minors in detention and all those arriving daily. Once caught up, start rounding up those already in our country. T***sport of the minors and t***sfer of custody to their embassy here and observation of removal from the USA will be handled and observed by border ICE agents and/or US Marshalls. 5. We need Congress to create law: 1. Ending chain migration, Visa lottery, giving preference to third world nations for immigrants, 2. Ending citizenship for refugees/asylees. Restricting grants of refuge/asylum to proof of government persecution based on religion, political views, no more stupid reasons like gangs/poverty/abuse/lack of jobs/climate/death in family/poor government

Semper Fi

As I said before you come across as an "old time" classic liberal. That is someone who has differing views from us dyed in the wool conservatives but wants what's best for the country. Many of our goals are the same. We just see different ways of reaching them. My dad used to say (he was a football coach) that there were many ways to get a football across the goal line, Each way was worth six points, so you kids, usually my sister and I, shut up and quit arguing. Todays left is not about country, they seem to be more about everyone else's country. It also seems to me way to many people and especially politicians on both sides are more about party than country.

why is it so sad at least with the old time classic liberal you could reasonably discuss things and come up with plans together with conservatives with just a little give and take on both sides. That was the way it used to be and the country functioned quite well that way. Now with the super liberal left wing socialist type it is constant stalemate and nothing gets done and nothing gets accomplished because one side is so far out that it is like they left the plantation or something. You need to bring your side back and have more normal discussions instead of far out left field demands all the time.
