She's got a terrific voice, but she needs to sing something other than Led Zeppelin. Just my opinion.
Ashamed to say I did not recognize her. Now THAT is a powerful song. Maybe she could sing Zeppelin but it would have to be the right song...maybe something from Houses of the Holy?
I had never heard of her but I thought she k**led that song. I take it that was a 12 string. Mike

How 'bout Led Zep II? Heh, heh! How 'bout "The Immigrant Song"?
My daughter came in one day all freaked out over a band she'd just heard...as soon as she put the CD in the player I said, "Oh yeah...that's Evanescence." She looks at me all faux hurt and says "Dad! You aren't supposed to know that!" My daughter and I have similar musical tastes.

My 34 year old son was taught to love music like Pink Floyd, The Who, Joe Walsh, Yes, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Journey, Steely Dan, Supertramp, etc. (So many more). His taste tends more to newer groups now but I thank God he learned to appreciate musicianship over all.

Mike, I'm totally tone deft but still appreciate good music weather it is the vocal or instrumental. I just can't do it myself. My brother can pick up any instrument and fiddle with it a few minutes and play any song. Kicks my grits. Mike

Brenna is 27 and I raised her from 7 by myself after her mom died...except 2 years, 7 months and 10 days I was locked up. She was Salutatorian in her junior year and when I took her for her college placement test she scored just a bit better than I did when I took mine...about a year earlier. She had 25 credits.
I took her or her first hair appointment. I learned how to do girl hair until then...how to separate it into pleats and comb them out from the bottom up. I had the lady show us both how to straighten and condition her hair with the ionizing blow drier, etc.
She was 6'1" at 15 and I wanted to buy her a distressed leather bomber jacket. A lady friend of mine said, "Get her a men's medium...the arms will be long enough and it won't be too long in length" and damn if she wasn't right
We were two peas in a pod for a long time. I only had to spank her twice in her life. We like the same music, movies, TV shows...
...she understood the concept of a
pun at three...
...if you handed her a camera she would take intelligent, thought-out photos at the same age...
...from the perspective of someone only 3 feet tall! It was a hoot! None of her pictures were illogical or out of frame. Lol!
I would have LOVED to have had more kids.
Amy Lee is what they call a mezzo-soprano if I'm hearing correctly and she has a
rock voice as opposed to an operatic or pop voice.
She can do wh**ever but she's custom made for
symphonic metal like Nightwish and their first singer, Tarja Turunen. She's a mezzo-soprano too with an opera voice.
Marco is the kinda scary looking bass player and he has GREAT pipes too...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUy8T_3kieIThey're great together in Phantom Of The Opera!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpcNQZrhhKgYou should listen...even if it ain't your style, they kick ass.

High School...J'ville Fl...My first light show...Supertramp, Breakfast in America...
I wished it could have been Dark Side of the Moon (Breakfast in America seemed at first like waste of purple microdots) but by the time the song "School" came on, I wuz pretty much in a Supertramp Kinda mood.
