Robert Mueller in his investigation violated the following laws:

The United States Constitution:

4th amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

5th amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the M*****a, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Up until today, I supported the Mueller Report having only one problem with it. The problem I have with it was the fact that Mueller spoke about exoneration. Based upon the Steele dossier. Now in the FISA court they used the Steele dossier where a few days earlier the British intelligence warned the FBI, CIA, and previous administration that the Steele dossier was false. Like in the case of Rodney King in the early nineties, if the investigators do not properly do their job, the accused is exonerated of would be charges.

Now, I am very disappointed in the Democrats. Go back and examine the facts. Robert Mueller's report, speaks that "there is insufficient evidence to prove the president conspired with the Russians, and there is insufficient evidence that the president has obstructed Justice"

Bob Mueller then writes in his report, "we cannot exonerate the president on the charge of obstruction."

This statement violates the amendments above. It is a failure of due process, and a failure of presuming the accused, in this case the president, to be innocent.

Bob Mueller also failed, in the fact that he is using a policy of the justice department cannot charge a sitting president.

Now, we must look at the rights of the prosecution. The prosecution can and must hold our leaders responsible for their actions if they are criminal. It is the job of the Special Counsel to hold the president responsible if there is evidence of a crime. In the 2016 e******n there was a crime committed, that is conspiracy to defraud the American People and influence the e******n. Special Counsel did find evidence and charged the people responsible.

Now on the case of obstruction. The Mueller report explains that there is no evidence on obstruction. Bob Mueller then refers to Congress. Mueller sends the report to the Attorney General, the deputy attorney general and the attorney general both conclude, No Collusion, No obstruction. Then Mueller appeals to Congress. Here we go.

Congress, according to the Article 1 powers, has the power to bring charges against the president. This process is called "Impeachment". To exercise this power, the House of Representatives have to charge the president of a crime. All those who lived through the Nixon and Clinton Impeachment trials know this to be true. However, a smart prosecutor, in this case the House of Representatives, must present compelling evidence to the judge, which in this case will be the Senate.

In the case of collusion, Robert Mueller contends that the president is not guilty. In the case of obstruction, Robert Mueller contends there is not enough evidence to prove obstruction.

In addition to the Mueller Report, there was also the Senate investigations and House investigations which all concluded that there is no collusion or obstruction.

George Papadopoulos, contends that the FBI, CIA, state department officials, the UK and Australian intelligence, colluded together for the purpose of preventing any candidate from winning the e******n, save just one Hillary Clinton.

Robert Mueller did not need to speak today. He should not have. But since he did, he violated the above amendments. My fellow Americans, you must keep and protect, the "the accused is innocent until proven guilty". Bob Mueller said that. Therefore, Bob, the president is innocent until the prosecution proves his guilt. Three investigations proved no evidence that the President interfered with the e******n. So who did?

Is George Papadopoulos correct? What if George is correct? So the Dems impeach the president, the president is acquitted and exonerated by the Senate, then what?

William Barr, the attorney general opened an investigation on the investigators. This was the right thing to do. Should the House v**e for impeachment of the president, then this information on the investigators will clearly exonerate the president. However, it does not stop there. If it is found that George Papadopoulos is correct, and the Democrats, the Obama administration, the FBI, CIA, and other foreign intelligence agencies conspired against the President, then it will come out in the Impeachment hearings which could possibly go on for two more years.

As a result, that will be the end of FDR's Democrat party. And here is why, for two years the Democrats have been complaining that the president is guilty, if the evidence exonerates him and shows that the Democrats committed treason, this will propel us back to 1865 when Lincoln was assassinated. When 28 people hung for the murder of Lincoln and when Johnson was impeached.

If it is found that the Obama administration used their power to prevent Trump or any candidate other than Hillary Clinton, to become president, that crime is a crime of treason.

This crime of treason is punishable by death. Agree or disagree with me, but the writing is on the wall, if Trump is impeached, then many people on the left will hang.

But there is a deeper issue here. That issue is the failure of the Government to do their job, that is protect the accused for a fair trial. Failure to obey due process of law. Failure to presume innocence of the accused. This is why the crime committed here, not by Trump but by his opponents should be called what it is. Treason.

If Trump is not impeached, then a few years investigation by Barr will be longer and eventually, Barr will get to the bottom of the crimes committed but not in the near future. If Trump is impeached, then two lines will be drawn: One side will want the recall of the President. The other side would want an accounting of the President's accusers.

This is why Nancy Pelosi is d**gging her feet at the door of impeachment.

If we don't hang them America is done. They are criminals. every one of them. Their v****g block it's hard to realize just how stupid some people can be. Hillary and Bill has been selling out this nation for great profit since the early 90's. 11 million pages of our nuclear secrets, our rocket secrets, and now our uranium. They remain alive because of gutless repugs that are to busy getting their's while the nation goes to Hell. When none of our Congress follow the Constitution while the other two branches and the military ignore their duty it fall on the people and since we are some where between apathy and dependence the constitution are just a bunch of words on a piece of parchment. We allowed over 2,000 unconstitutional laws put against the Second Amendment alone, The Affordable Care Act, Where in the Constitution does it say government is in charge of our health care and put large fines on us for not complying? This lawless law also gives government access to our banking records. One of thousands of laws that rob our freedoms and liberties. While we do nothing. We are a pathetic bunch. Complexity to Apathy and back into Dependence. Our children will be proud of our cowardice.

I see your point . . . but I believe the t***h will come out with the investigation of the investigators. Barr has set in motion an investigation that has the authority to prosecute which the Mueller Report did not.
