Veterans Day 2014

Dear God, I am a stripe, I am a star, I am red, white and blue. Although Ive never met all the veterans who sacrificed their lives, I will always pray for them. I sleep undisturbed. My family is safe because men and women fought for their country in our hour of need. Bless them. Bless their souls. Let them feel the love I send out to them by my prayer. Let them know the appreciation I have for their bravery and devotion. Let them hear my gratitude: Thank you to the veterans of war, each one a hero.
I have spent much time thinking about music for this Memorial Day Forum. My mind kept hearing and repeating the same piece of music over and over and over and over.

All of UncleE's uncles, both paternal and maternal, his father and two cousins were US Navy. It has been played at all of the uncles and his father's funeral.

not navy just a worn out old G I 63/69 . But it does not matter what branch they were in they all deserve our thanks for standing up for each and everyone of us .
