There IS sufficient probable cause and sufficient evidence. He cannot keep his taxes secret now that we've established that he's been trying to build a trump tower in moscow - post e******n.

Again, thank you
That's a lie. The Trump Tower Moscow proposal was dropped in June 2016. At that time, Donald Trump was still a private citizen.

A sitting president can only be removed from office through impeachment, and Articles of impeachment must be based on something the president did WHILE IN OFFICE. If a connection can be made between a president's dealings before he took office with something he does WHILE IN OFFICE, then that can be included in the articles. In this case, the Moscow project was null and void BEFORE Trump was inaugurated so it is irrelevant.

mattoid: a person displaying eccentric behaviour and mental characteristics that approach the psychotic.

Comey is one of the most honest men in DC.

This is truly sad that you think a man who is treasonist is a good guy

Comey made several million dollars off of the Clinton Foundation before he was lead prosecutor of Hillary the Harpy. He and Loretta Lynch trivialized Hillary's crimes which constituted far more obstruction than Trump is accused of. There are people in prison right now for far less than the crimes Hillary committed which were downgraded to a "mistake." The people in prison had the audacity to commit those crimes when their last name wasn't Clinton.

Hillary’s “crimes” were nothing more than Colin Powell and Candi Rice before her were guilty of.

How do you explain Trump’s lie that the Tower project was dropped in January?

Sad is the way The Big Orange Dickhead misused the word ‘treason’ and now all his little minions have taken it up.

Trump can stop blathering on about being the most t***sparent president in history (an obviously i***tic lie) and start making information available. Mueller's report is a great place to start, and if he thinks it's damaging to him that's even more reason.

He has refused to give congress any information since they took control of the house, and that includes subpoenas to drug companies for statistical oversight information. The white house GOP sent drug companies a letter telling them to refuse to comply with turning over information on the grounds that it would be used against them...duh, that's the idea dumbo.

Woodie, you are either a liar or terribly misinformed and I don't know how it can be the latter because you've been told over and over the Mueller report was released to congress. It's easy to look it up. Mike

So you want to investigate almost 3,000 companies?
Is that enough probable cause for you?
In total there are almost 3,000 American companies in Russia

Everybody has long since lost count of all the lawyers Trump has needed to keep his sordid past secret; in 8 years Obama never even need one lawyer.

Now that is funny enough to make a cat laugh out loud. Obama was sued constantly and not only did his DOJ support him but the very same law firm that went after Trump fought all of Obama's birther lawsuits and past record requests. Perkins Coie was paid millions every year by Obama. None of it from Obama's personal account.
Obama is about to get exposed for directing the c**p. That's treason. He won't need a lawyer, he'll need a Chaplain.

Yeah, bring back I have a phone and I have a pen.
And go ahead and finish turning the US into a socialist or Islamic country.

======================
President Trump is the most t***sparent of all presidents on record.

Here are the reasons why:
1. During the Mueller investigation of this greatest h**x in history planted against him, the Executive Office had provided 500 witnesses, all examined under oath for up to 30 or more hours.
2. The Executive Office had provided the Mueller investigation 1.5 million documents.
3. The 400 pages of the Mueller report after 2.5 years of lengthy scrutiny and examinations, Congress was legally provided 99% of the documents.
4. The 1% classified info given by the 19 Grand Juries' as required by law could not be displayed.
5. The DOJ Barr summarized the report based on the results of the Mueller reports. DOJ Barr provided Congress his final report based on the Mueller report.
6. The Mueller Report after the investigation, arrived on the following conclusions:
A. NO Russia Collusion
B. NO Obstructions of Justice.

AS A RESULT, CONGRESS DID NOT LIKE THE FINDINGS. They want conviction instead of the innocent president to give them ammunition to Impeach.
So, Congress demanded to -REINVISTIGATE to arrive at their desired results of Collusion and obstructions.

This legal maneuver is not possible under the court of law. Why? Congress is taking the whole judicial process which is not vested on them. Congress has only the OVERSITE POWER. Re-investigating the Mueller process under the Judicial System, is a relentless POLITICAL HARASSMENT against president Trump.

The Mueller investigations had all the elements used during the investigations.
Spent almost $ 40 million, for 2.5 years; provided 500 witnesses, 1.5 million documents, 1.6 thousand subpoenas, 41 FBI agents, 19 Grand Juries, mostly donors to Hillary Clinton.

7. Congress demands DOJ Barr the 100% of the Mueller Report. DOJ Barr followed the law. And if he provided Congress 100% of the law, DOJ Barr could violate the oath of office he had sworn under the Constitution.
8. Because Congress could not assert a 100% demands for the documents, Congress is now harassing DOJ, along with the president. Congress then issued subpoena on DOJ Barr, and Don Mcgahn, the former WH lawyer. Don Mcgahn had been examined already by Mueller for 30 hours during the Mueller investigation.
9. The Executive Branch has equal balance of power with Congress. Congress is behaving like making the executive Office as subordinate to them
10. The president has executive privileges that Congress could not undermine. As far as the Executive Office is concerned, it has followed all protocols and performed according to law.

11. Now despite of all the above, Congress decided to harass president Trump to do the following:
A. Demand that president Trump's accountant and lawyers release his IRS tax returns for 10 years.
B, Demand that president Trump release all his financial records on his prior business activities for 10 years.
.

[b]C. To obtain this, Congress referred the case to a local federal Judge appointed by Mr. Obama. The judge named Mehta of the federal district court in the DC, ordered the release of the Trump's records.
This again is WRONG:

The forceful demands on the president's records violated the following:
1. The president's constitutional rights of the Amendment IV of the constitution.
2. Violates the president's executive privileges as vested to him
3. The Mehta judge could NOT force release of the president's records, unless there is a glaring and probable cause presented that Trump had committed any violations of the law. This evidence must be provided first.
4. They could not squeeze the victim's body to obtain juices as a basis of their decision, because they h**e the victim.
5. Even if Mehta is a judge in federal court, he himself is another tool used by Obama and Congress to harassing the president and violating his constitutional rights.

You could not arrest a victim, unless there is a probable cause (tangible or intangible) to present. It is a gross violation of Amendment IV of the constitution of any citizen of this country.

In order to finally settle this greatest h**x against the president, the SC must finalize the official judgement. No Mehta, no Congress could continue these political assaults against the president, or any president, or any citizen , under the US Constitution.
