When Bill Clinton was president, an investigation revealed nearly a dozen justifiable reason for his impeachment.

Clinton’s crimes included obstruction of justice, perjury and witness tampering.

Democrats blindly and vehemently defended Clinton of all charges.

At the time Rep. Schumer said that the impeachment was noting more than using criminal accusations for political purposes to help win e******ns and then compared it to an ancient Greek play where one brother served his other brother a pie containing his dead children.

Nadler quoted Benjamin Franklin, saying that impeachment was the same as assignation.

Issues & Insights – Schumer, Nadler Once Compared Impeachment to Cannibalizing Children, Assassinating a President – When President Bill Clinton, over 20 years ago, was probed by a special investigator, and 11 possible grounds for impeachment were found, including perjury, witness tampering and obstruction of justice, Democrats didn’t defend their party’s President the way Republicans defend Trump today.

No, Democrats were far more extreme.

What makes the rhetorical record so glaringly hypocritical is that in Donald Trump’s case, unlike Clinton’s, the investigator found no evidence of p**********l crimes.

As congressional Democrats’ current leaders endure the pressure of their younger, further-to-the-left colleagues, who want Trump’s head on a platter ASAP, they’re going to find themselves haunted by their own ghosts of impeachment past.

Here is then-Congressman Charles Schumer of New York City, member of the House Judiciary Committee, on the House floor on Dec. 18, 1998, the day before Clinton was impeached. Schumer had won e******n to the U.S. Senate the month before…

Schumer also v**ed to fund the building of a border wall but opposes doing so now, since i*****l a***ns are being used as a political ploy and illegal v****g tool by Democrats.

A central requirement to be a Democratic politician is to be a devout hypocrite and liar with a short and selective memory.

It’s okay for them to obstruct justice and have their own refuse to testify before Congress, but it’s not okay for Republicans to do likewise.

Speaking with many other v**ers, what most Americans want is a government that actually listens to do and does the will of the people, instead of dictating to us.

Could it ever happen?

The FBI is Has a Chart of Hillary Clinton’s Potential Law Breaking


The FBI knows a lot more about Hillary Clinton than it is willing to let us know.

We have filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Justice seeking draft copies of FBI charts containing information on potential “statutory violations” committed by Hillary Clinton in the former secretary of state’s use of a non-secure, non-government email server to conduct government business.

We are also suing for draft copies of talking points prepared by the FBI for its officials to use following then-Director James Comey’s July 2016 press conference during which he recommended against prosecuting Clinton for mishandling classified information.

We sued in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia after the DOJ failed to respond to a December 3, 2018, FOIA request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:19-cv-00800)). We are seeking:
All final and draft copies of talking points prepared by the FBI for its Executive Assistant Directors (EADs) relating to the “Mid-Year Exam” investigation (“MYE Talking Points) following the July 5, 2016 James Comey press conference in which he indicated he would not recommend prosecuting Hillary Clinton.
All final draft copies of a one-page version of the aforementioned MYE Talking Points created for FBI Special Agents-in-Charge (SACs).
All final and draft copies of charts of the “statutory violations considered during the investigation [of Hillary Clinton’s server], and the reasons for the recommendation not to prosecute.”
We recently uncovered DOJ records in a related lawsuit that include emails documenting an evident cover-up of a chart of potential violations of law by the secretary of state. On July 8, 2016, three days after then-FBI Director James Comey’s press conference announcing that he would not recommend a prosecution of Clinton, the Special Counsel to the FBI’s executive assistant director in charge of the National Security Branch, whose name is redacted, wrote to Strzok and others that he was producing a “chart of the statutory violations considered during the investigation [of Clinton’s server], and the reasons for the recommendation not to prosecute…”

Neither these talking points nor the chart of potential violations committed by Clinton and her associates have been released.

We will continue pressing for this secret FBI chart of potential Hillary Clinton crimes. The FBI should focus on this Clinton “matter” now that it is unencumbered by the corrupt partisanship of Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, and the rest of their crowd.

Here are highlights of what Carter Page and former Trump campaign advisor – one of the targets of Deep State crimes – had to say:
All of the organizations on this panel, including Judicial Watch, were themselves illegally surveilled through the government’s collection of his communications with them.
Page said what the government did against him were acts of terrorism because the statutory definition of “terrorism” is “acts that are dangerous to human life,” and he received countless death threats associated with government’s actions again him. What the government was doing to him, he contended, was really about intimidating and coercing an innocent civilian for illegal ends.
Literally everything that was done against Page, he said, was an act in violation of the FBI’s official priorities: Protecting against terrorist attacks; protecting against foreign intelligence operations and espionage; protecting against cyber-based and high-tech crimes; combating public corruption at all levels; protecting civil rights.
Here are some highlights of what lawyer and former Justice Department official Victoria Toensing had to say:
George Papadopoulos was pursued to his Greek Island vacation destination and was set up by a man calling himself Charles Tawil, supposedly doing business in Israel, who convinced Papadopoulos to go to Israel where he was given $10,000 in cash as part of the supposed business deal. Papadopoulos did not take the money with him back to the United States. But, when he landed at Dulles Airport in Washington, he was arrested by the FBI, put in shackles and thrown in jail but because he did not have the cash with him. The FBI “made up a crime” to charge him with.
Why was Andrew Weissmann, then the Justice Department official in charge of the fraud section before he joined the Mueller team, briefed on the Trump Dossier when the matter was out of his portfolio?
When then-head of the NSA, Admiral Mike Rogers, discovered all of the FISA court violations by the Obama administration since 2012, in April 2016, he cut off all access to NSA FISA material by FBI contractors. Is it then, Toensing asked, that the FBI suddenly started seeking FISA warrants on Carter Page and others directly from the FISA court?
Daily Caller News Foundation investigative reporter Chuck Ross said:
James Comey and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch were discussing Carter Page in Spring 2016, before the FBI investigation Crossfire Hurricane kicked off.
FBI informer Stefan Halper met with Page three weeks before the FBI investigation began.
The Trump Dossier fueled the media narrative on Trump/Russia collusion.
Judicial Watch Director of Investigations and Research, Chris Farrell, observed:
Attorney General Barr aptly and appropriately described what was going on by the Justice Department and FBI during the c**p attempt as “spying.”
The intelligence agencies were used in way that is “outrageously beyond the pale, like nothing else we’ve ever seen in the history of the United States Government.”
The FBI and intelligence agencies were so far out of bounds that when what was going on is described as a c**p, it is no exaggeration. It was a c**p ­– an effort to unseat the president and destabilize his administration.
This was very sophisticated, very well thought out, not just “lawfare” in the sense of using law enforcement and the legal system, department of justice – justice and FBI, but also the intelligence apparatus like we've never seen before.
As I said to the panelists, no one else in American history has been targeted like this president. That’s not a political statement; that’s a fact. It ought to be concerning to any American who wants a Republican form of government – as opposed to a government run by political appointees and bureaucrats who think they know better than the American people in terms of who gets to be president and how they exercise their power and authority. What a mess!!!! Its hard to believe this is happening in America. I was very disgusted with the Russia h**x. Honestly, I believe we'd be better off being allies with Russia, if at all possible. You know, its interesting that the dems talk about "progressivism", but cant get past the old Cold War bogeyman of Russia.
