Feinstein Guilty of Violation of Federal Act
By BarbWire - May 22, 2019

In 1798, Sen. George Logan privately tried to negotiate with France without the federal government’s approval.

In 1799, Congress passed the Logan Act, which states that any unauthorized person or persons who negotiate with foreign governments will be charged with a criminal offense.

It’s reported that Sen. Dianne Feinstein, was caught speaking with Zavad Zarif, Foreign Minister of Iran.

The phone involved what is believed to be negotiations, which means that since Feinstein was not authorized to conduct such negotiation, meaning that she should be charged with violating the Logan Act, which has a punishment of imprisonment.

DC Dirty Laundry – LOCK HER UP: Did Dianne Feinstein just violate The Logan Act by Conversing with Javad Zarif? – Dianne Feinstein was recently caught on the phone with Javad Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister. It is NOT within her jurisdiction to negotiate with Iran. So if she did attempt to negotiate, she is in violation of The Logan Act and could POTENTIALLY face up to 3 years in prison.

Ever heard of The Logan Act Dianne?

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects. Source…

Somehow, I doubt if anything will be done to hold Feinstein accountable for her federal violation.

During the Obama years, several of his Cabinet members clearly violated the Hatch Act, which is punishable by the loss of job, yet nothing was ever done to hold any of them accountable for their violations.

For the past decade, Democrats, including Barack Obama, have been allowed to violate the Constitution and federal laws without worrying about consequences.

It’s time their illegal ways come to an end.

It is definitely past time for at least a few of these treasonous Democrats to be charged and tried. Otherwise, they will continue to do things behind our backs.
Someone must be held accountable and held accountable long before they try to impeach the President and thereby o*******w a duly elected government.

The act doesn’t preclude her from having a conversation with officials from foreign governments, besides she is an elected official on the Senate subcommittee on defense and the Senate subcommittee on crime and terrorism and as such is fully authorized to converse with Iranian officials.

You'll always cook up an excuse for a Democrat and believe instantly Donald J. Trump is in violation of some act or regulation that's been dredged up.

Feinstein had cultivated a deep, longstanding, chummy relationship with China, including at the highest ranks of the Chinese C*******t Party (CCP), over a 40-year period. Or, perhaps, it was the other way around. Such ties dated back at least to the opening of a sister-city relationship between San Francisco and Shanghai, when then-Mayor Feinstein commenced a long friendship with her counterpart Mayor Jiang Zemin. Zemin would later rise to be the Xi Jinping of his day, sitting atop the CCP, and reportedly wining and dining Feinstein and her husband in unprecedented fashion at the residence of Mao Zedong. Zemin rose in tandem with Feinstein, who as U.S. senator would serve as a conduit to his government during the Clinton White House. The two remained close in spite of Zemin’s Marxist ideology and brutality in persecuting the dissident Falun Gong, among others.

Feinstein doggedly lobbied for integrating China into the global economic architecture and normalizing trade relations with the U.S., untethering these benefits from Chinese human rights improvements. Feinstein thereby served as an invaluable asset in enabling China’s economic rise. The senator also frequently served as a dovish liaison to the Chinese government over contentious matters of foreign affairs. She took these positions all while repeatedly whitewashing China’s aforementioned human rights abuses, and seeking to draw shameful moral equivalency between C*******t bloodshed and violent episodes in American history.

Feinstein’s husband, investor Richard Blum, who, a la the Mao Zedong residence meal, frequently accompanied the senator to functions with high-ranking Chinese dignitaries, profited from both direct investments in China and those that appreciated alongside the rapid growth of the Chinese economy. China’s economic growth, and Blum’s profits, were both tied to America’s efforts to incorporate Beijing into the world trading system, and grant it access to U.S. consumers, businesses and technology — all staunchly supported by Feinstein.

C*******t China had a spy in her office. A 20-year employee of Feinstein’s, the agent had been reporting back to China’s Ministry of State Security for well over a decade before he was caught in 2013, according to the FBI.

A Chinese-American who doubled as both an office staffer and Feinstein’s personal driver, the agent reportedly was handled by officials based out of the People’s Republic of China’s consulate in San Francisco, which Feinstein helped set up when she was mayor of that city. He even attended consulate functions for the senator.

Feinstein says she took the staffer off her payroll “immediately” after the FBI informed her five years ago that her office had been infiltrated by Chinese intelligence, and agents had identified the mole in a briefing. In a statement, the Democratic senator insisted he had “no access to sensitive information” and that he was never charged with espionage.

Trump should say I'll show you my tax returns when ALL of you from the House and Senate show several years of your tax returns. I'll bet they won't.

They’re like a dog with an old bone, just won’t stop gnawing away at it. But they’re dumber than any animal alive.
