When 70% Of The American People Do Not Want Roe v Wade Overturned...It's A Minority That Does

It's a problem when you are in the minority, in a democracy the majority rules. C***ting and jerking around with e******ns and v****g only goes so far, sooner or later the will of the majority will rule the day.

Even if the supreme court overturns Roe it will still be up to states, we'll see states where it's legal setting up shop right next door to states where it's not.

Read the Constitution genius. It's a state issue anyway.

Individual rights are the providence of the federal government--not left to the individual states. Before mocking someone you would look a lot smarter if the one you were mocking wasn't yourself...genius...

Conservatives may only be 30% of the population they hold the Supreme Court and they can overturn RvW. It then takes a constitutional amendment which takes a supermajority in both houses and the states. Cons hold the majority in 22 states so if this court doesn't uphold RvW then the minority will get their way--at least for a while.

The positive is that it is doubtful a lower court will pass this through to the higher court. It is blatantly unconstitutional and it is very likely to be struck down. This is a country that does believe in the rule of law even if conservatives have been able to bastardize it.

There are enumerated powers given to the Federal Government via the Constitution brainiac. A******n isn't one of them, so it's a state issue.

In the declaration of independence it states.

I don't see an age limit there do you. When this country was formed it was formed by Christians seeking religious freedom. A******ns were as far away from these individuals imaginations as was the east from the west. They would be truly upset with where this country is today.
