Brennan & British MI-6 [one part of MI6 - MI6 is a dual agency] different than the other MI5 - MI7 etc ~~
The Euro Elitist "puppets" knew they could not directly interfere within the US; so Clapper setup what's called "parallel construction" ~ this allows sharing and spying on everyone!!! lol
Any Congressional or Senate intels cannot go there and if they could, they could only make "referrals"~ For investigating the CIA & the quilty sector of MI6 you need someone like Barr's new man John Durham I don't know yet just how many extensions of powers Durham was given ~~ Sessions gave IG John Huber extenuating powers of prosecution above and beyond the powers and jurisdiction that IG's normally would have [I know Sessions was on to something]
To get into the section of the CIA [dark side] we will need someone that has "no political connections" & is not directly recognizable ~ I know there is a branch within the Dept of Defense that holds such powers and they are called "auditors" [they can easily grab everything the FBI has with or without the objections of the Bureau Dir Wray's ~
As long as this "parallel construction" is in place then the spying game continues - Hell, most of the bad actors that we already know, still have not had their security clearances revoked [meaning they can gather info without actually setting off any alarms...While Brennan was definitely up to his ears in this c**p, he is certainly answering and being controlled by some that are so much more smarter and devious that he is...Clapper has about the same brain matter as Brennan..[even a 5th grader is smart to know that Clapper called the real shots at the NSA...lol
