Like all autocrats, Trump needs an enemy for his followers to focus on, build h**e to secure the base. Give them that and he can marry a gay imam in ISIS and they will still adore him, turning a blind eye to anything he does. That his attacks on Mexican immigrants is purposefully charged to create division and fear is obvious from the many lies he tells to maintain the false assault on them.

U.S. cities that take in larger numbers of undocumented immigrants do not see a correlation with higher rates of violent and property crime, a new study by the Marshall Project and the New York Times has found.

The study debunks one of President Trump’s favorite talking points, that undocumented immigrants represent a criminal risk to Americans. That idea has been central to Trump’s political rise and was articulated when he announced his candidacy for president on June 16, 2015.

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. they’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists,” Trump said.

Since taking office, Trump has repeated the claim that undocumented immigrants are prone to crime and that U.S. metro areas designated as “sanctuary cities” suffer as a result.

But the new study compared recent estimates of undocumented populations in metro areas with local crime rates published by the FBI and found that a significant majority of urban areas reported decreases in violent and property crime between 2007 and 2016.

The study showed that the decreases in metro crime rates were independent of changes in the undocumented population.

The new research, while perhaps the most detailed, is just the latest to refute Trump’s claims about undocumented immigrants and crime.

A 2018 study by the Cato Institute, for example, found that in Texas, immigrants — legal or undocumented — committed fewer crimes than native-born U.S. residents. Another study across all 50 states had similar results.

A separate study published in March 2018 in the journal Criminology found that states with more undocumented immigrants have lower crime rates than those with fewer.

That' funny because the center for immigration puts the numbers at 26% of our prison population are illegal criminals . The BOD breaks it down further. Cuba, 1,173, 0.7%. Dominican Republic, 1,430, 0.8%. Mexico, 21,684, 12.1%. Other/Unknown, 8,859, 4.9%. United States, 145,015, 80.7% .

If you want to try to put some bunk stats on anybody you should first see just how easy it is to prove that's all it is is bunk.. Your'e way to easy.

Our nation and way of life is being attacked by Isis and democratic v**ers who can not perceived the actual threat of undocumented Muslim terrorists infiltrating our country to set up their "god' as the God under which America stands. According to the Koran, Muslims are to k**l all infidels, which includes Christians. Is this too hard for Democratic v**ers to comprehend? Does not history proclaim the Islamic quest to conquer the entire world?
Non-Christians, including the L***Q community, are teaming up with Democrats not realizing the full agenda of the left. Homosexuality in all its forms is also against the teachings and doctrines of Islam. The L***Q community have more legal rights under Christianity than they will under Islam, because the God of Christianity grants mankind the power to choice, forgives those who repent after making immoral choice, and proclaims the way to everlasting life and eternal communion with him.

What do you mean fewer crimes? If thy weren't here those crimes wouldn't exist at all. Here a stat for you from 2011 to 2018 245,000 i******s committed 642,000 serious crimes in Texas alone. Many crimes committed by i******s never get reported. THEY SHOULDN'T BE HERE!!! LET THEM COME IN LEGALLY.
CUT ALL GOVERNMENT BENEFITS TO I******S. ACTIVATE W-VERIFY. THEY WILL SELF DEPORT. THE ONE THAT DON'T SHOULD GO TO JAIL.

Right in his post it gives three very credible sources. The FBI crime statistics, the journal Criminology and the conservative Cato Institute. What more do you expect?

Try the t***h. There are many other studies that show the complete opposite.

All false comparisons and conclusions. Overall Crime rates or legal immigrant crime rates are independent of i*****l i*******t crime rates. As far as you know illegal crime rates have sky rocketed as overall crime has dropped.

Did I write about prison population, skewed by color, or crime in cities?

And to you, Kevyn, put those stats in your neighborhood and tell me you want all those law breakers that k**l, maim, rob and steal from you. Not to mention the sex trafficing your illegal neighbor does next door to you. You, who support illegal behavior should be in jail.

Illegal behavior is not the nascent character of immigrants.

When someone sneaks into this country illegally, just what kind of behavior would you call that?
Once they are in this country, almost every action they take is illegal. They cannot work legally, or pay taxes,or drive, or do much of anything without breaking a law.

Here's a stat for you. 68 people died in mass shootings in 2018. We all heard about how terrible it was.
In the same year over 2,000 people died at the hands of i*****l a***ns. Bet you didn't see that one on MSM.
