How about the 76,000 deaths over the last 20 years from black lung (OMG save the birds.)

How about in the US alone $188 billion cost to health (OMG save the birds.)

Oh the leading cause of deaths for birds in the US is window strikes. They k**l about approximately 650 million birds a year. So using your scientific theory I guess we need to eliminate windows.

Well Mr Permafrost, much of what you say makes sense to me. Like follow the money. I deplore the extreme wealthy abusing their influence to manipulate the system for their own gain at the harm of others. Pick an industry. There ain't many (none that I know of) that didn't make their wealth off the backs, and lungs, and arms, and legs, and livers, of their workers. They all feel they have the right to do so. The exact same will happen to the Green industries. They'll get rich off our backs. But so what, that is the way the system works. So b***h all you want about the right being blind to the nature of the system.

What the topic is, is C*****e C****e. You seem tho think that we right leaners do not "understand" the science. Well, that is exactly what we believe of the left. So again we agree. I'm with you. You are ignorant of the facts of the science. I have posted here many times about the h**x. Many of those posts included links from reputable sources, even CNN at times (made me choke to do so). Your one statement on the subject eluded to the 97% or maybe the IPCC, and that only "right wingers" in the US were questioning the "settled science". Maybe that is so. But the point is science is NEVER settled. My post you replied to pointed out that the "settled science" in Gore's day said we would be under feet of water today. That was certainly "settled". Now our love child AOC says the science is "settled" at 10 years before we all die. If these discrepancies cannot elicit one iota of doubt, then you cannot think. Want another...sorry getting it anyway. In the 70's the earth was headed to an ICE AGE. More "settled science".

Now to your real point. F****l f**ls vs G***n E****y. Yes, develop G***n e****y. But realize that it will not solve anything. The earth is not going to die without it. Alternative sources are always a good thing (unless of course as pointed out by AOH-C, the Green technologies pollute more than existing technologies. And don't forget HOW the cobalt is mined for those lovely batteries.) And AF1, the people who saved the Snail Darter would actually care about birds, especially, birds of prey being k**led by turbines.

There is a common ground to aim for. Spend the monies being targeted for reduction of the life blood of the world, CO2, on real needs. Build turbines that mitigate the negative effects of huge blades chopping up birds, or making noise that causes cancer (ya right on that one, sounds like very unsettled science to me). There are so many REAL problems that the left (and the right) cares about, why chase the h**xes, the witch hunts, the obstructions, etc. Ask your members of Congress and the Senate to just knock it off. Get back to business. I did so to my Senator Wyden just a few days ago (the opportunity jumped at me). I told him, I could never v**e Democrat until they stop their obstruction of the government processes.
