I wonder where this concern over constitutionality of congressional oversight of the executive branch was when the Republicans were nitpicking everything Obama. I have not seen one posting by Liberty Tree during the period when a Republican congress was conducting their witchhunts that produced nothing against Obama. I guess it is only an issue if it is a Republican being harassed, it is perfectly fine if the harassed one is a Democrat.

Liberty tree has a short memory he ignores 3 years of B******i 2 years of IRS 3 years of emails 98 Subpoenas all testified under oath hundreds of thousands of pages of documents requested by Republican Congress all turned over. Clinton testifying under oath with Republican held house and senate, twice with the FBI, twice with the CIA once with the special council at the State department and they found nothing. All you get from Trump is Obstruction preventing any kind of government Oversight. That’s called a dictator.
But liberty tree has always ignored facts. He wants this democracy destroyed and this country will be run by a dictator.

Legitimate investigations are one thing. Creating investigations for the souls purpose of getting someone is another. Practicing guilt by accusation creates a Reign of Terror is is reminiscent of Stalin, Hitler and all totalitarianism. Legitimate investigations begin with a crime having been committed and leads to a search for the perpetrator. Illegitimate investigations begin with someone a group wants to get and leads to a search for some crime to pin on him. The Democrat Party is a threat to America and all it stands for.

Trump has paid scores of million of dollars in fines. He wrote a check for $25M to settle his conviction in the Trump U fraud case just before his inauguration. His Trump Foundation was shut down by a NY judge only last December for a “shocking pattern of illegality”, he was fined $2.8M and his entire family was banned from ever sitting on the board of a nonprofit.

What Trump does is have the judgments against him sealed by the court even if it costs him more. That way he can lie about about how he won a case that he actually lost.

Yup the Republican way is ignore 19 intel agencies that reported the Russians hacked into our e******n process. And then believe one man Donald Trump who agreed with Putin that Russia (DID NOT DO IT I BELIEVE PUTIN)

Then these intel agencies turn the intel over to the FBI and republicans feel to the best way is to just ignore our intel agencies and call it a giant conspiracy.

When the FBI started to investigate these intelligence reports and at every turn they found a Trump campaign advisor. So as soon as they found these people republicans say ignore it.

When the evidence showed the Trump campaign and Trump himself flat out lied 🤥 in many occasions and kept changing there testimony and finally had to plead guilty and receive jail sentencing it was a Muellar team full with a bunch of democrats out to take down Trump.

But okay just ignore the rule of law throw out the constitution and create a dictatorship in this country. So for the next 50 years let’s just let the Trump crime family run this country.

You are supporting a known pathological liar that is ignoring subpoenas for government officials from testifying and exposing what’s true and what’s false.

We have laws in this country that you receive a subpoena from Congress to testify you are required to to testify. That’s exactly the reason we have laws when you lie to congress. These Trump officials need to avoid testifying because the only way to protect the actions taken by Trump is to lie. So they have to avoid ever testifying under oath with Congress.

Can you imagine with a Republican lead House and Senate if Hillary Clinton who volunteered to testify for over 19 hours under oath and the republicans caught her lying. Wow they would have attacked with a vengeance but nothing over 3 years of republicans investigating And doing oversight on Clinton and Obama and found nothing not even one indictment.

It’s amazing how you ignore when Clinton testified twice with the CIA and the FBI with the special council at the state department. Not to mention the DOJ and FBI with Sessions and Christopher Wray trumps appointees reopening the investigation into Obama and Clinton and still found nothing.
