Therefore:
1. NO Russia Collusion
2. NO Obstruction of Justice. The Mueller report, failed to supply sufficient evidence, or compelling evidence concerning obstruction;. “not sufficient” to support a prosecution of the President for obstruction of justice.

DOJ therefore prepared a Summary Report based on the FACTS and evidences provided by the Mueller Report. DOJ: NO Russia Collusion: NO obstruction of Justice.

Democrats in Congress want to repeat the Mueller investigation and place the matter in their hands.
They COULD NOT DO THAT. The DOJ RPORT IS FINAL. Nadler is sending Subpoena to the DOJ.
DOJ's report is final and Nadler could not enforce him.

Our US Government has 3 Equal Powers.
1. Congress: To Legislate and provide oversight.
2. Executive: To execute and Enforce the Law.
3. Judicial: To Interpret the Law.
Under the Executive have different Cabinet level Department appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate of the United States.

Congress could not encroach on the the power of the Executive Branch ones the law is interpreted and executed.

I would think that 700+ trained and experienced prosecutors would be able to dissect the Mueller report and give a fairly unbiased and knowledgeable opinion on the matter.

As for the E*******l College you have your facts right. As for the popular v**e, there is no evidence from any state or federal entity that indicates that there were more than a handful of v**es cast illegally, most of which were mistakes in registration information due to change of residence.

First, the Mueller report did not state that there was no collusion, which it could have, but merely stated that there was insufficient evidence to legally charge someone with conspiracy ... which is a very difficult thing to prove in a court of law.
Second, Mueller did state that there was insufficient evidence to prove obstruction, but in the second part of that sentence (which you left out) he stated that he could not exonerate the president, either.

The Attorney General took it upon himself to make that statement. If you analyze it logically, there is a vast difference between knowing that something occurred and proving it in a court of law.

That's just flat wrong. The Mueller report is just that, a report. Congress has a perfect right to investigate not only what is in the report but additional facts and allegations as they see fit.

Uh ... in a word, no. The courts have yet to rule on the powers of the Executive Branch's power of 'Executive Privilege' to any great extent. In fact, the courts curtailed those powers when Congress asked for the White House tapes in Nixon's impeachment investigation and forced Nixon to turn over the tapes. The exact law in terms of the limits of Executive Privilege have never been ruled on in terms of the testimony of aides or the production of documents from the West Wing.

Your explanations of the Executive Branch duties are superfluous and have no bearing on this particular issue.

Selective statistics are always a good way to try to justify your position. While true, you totally ignore the popular v**e and the fact that it was selective counties in particular districts that were targeted by Russian Facebook ads that influenced the E*******l College. As previously stated, the popular v**e was totally in the opposite direction by 2.3 million v**es.
Yes, this 'radical Dem' does have a complaint. I get somewhat irritated when actual facts and data are manipulated to prove an outcome that is contradicted by the full weight of those same statistics and facts when taken in total, rather than selectively put forth.

Yeah...and anyone with some cloud and loads of money can round up a 1,000 that will say these alleged 700 are fools that are misleading the people with their interpretation of the law....I am very accustomed to such tactics via years of fighting with the corrupt banking world ~ The leading legal websites have their paid trolls too ~ One in particular scheme was in the credit card business ~ these collection attorneys would buy bulk non-performing accounts for 3 to 10 cents on the dollar, because banks had to charge them off in 180 days if no activity had t***spired...

These bottom-feeding debt collection attys would send out "threats to sue" while "criminally representing" these accounts as still belonging to the banks ~ They would add loads of interest and massive attorney fees ~ Serve the consumer with a notice to arbiration ~ Of course the were using a crooked arbitration group called the NAF ~ [while the only federal arbitrations laws that are lawfully valid were created in 1925 and remain untouched] however, the clowns would scare the hell out of the people and if the consumer wanted to engage in their arbitation scheme they would have to pay $2,800 for their forms etc etc ~~ Well no one would engage so these crooks would get other crooked retired judges and attys to sign that they have made their ruling that the consumer was wrong...

Leading up to all of these criminals being sued and then folding their tents under bankruptcy ~ these legal bloggers would laugh when I told them that these conartist were all going to jail ~ Of course they labeled me as a looney which was fine with me ~~ I understood that they were actually a part of the gang ~ A few years later I found that some of them were prosecuted from a couple of these legal sites....

When dealing with liars and i***ts I always contend that their opinions of me is none of my business ~ let them h**e their lives away while I am running back and forth from my SC beach to my office in Panama...lol

I have repeatedly requested one of you Liberals provide a list of the purported 300, 436, 450, 500 plus or 700 "ex prosecutors" who concur with this statement. To date not one of you has been able to provide a copy of the letter OR the alleged signers of this document. You are putting an awful lot of faith in a document and signatories that none of you seems to be able to find.
How about you? Wanna give it a shot? Copy and paste the text of this letter with the signatures it's supposed to have with a link to the source.
No takers so far.

Liberals spend 35 million dollars (of someone else's money, naturally) trying unsuccessfully to prove that the Russians spent $1600 on Facebook ads that, out of the more than one billion dollars spent on advertising in this e******n, somehow unduly influenced v**ers.
Then they wonder why Conservatives consider Liberals to be a bunch of r****ds.

You are wrong. Congress has the power to investigate within limits. Their reasons for wishing to see unredacted reports do not meet the legal criteria necessary, and they wish to hold the Attorney General in contempt for refusing to break the law he is sworn to uphold to satisfy their druthers.

A r****d would take the fact that 1600 in rubles was the total paid, when all kinds of money was used by Russians. The other fact left out is social media gets shared by millions of others faster than a fox news lie.
