Only if it teaches you how to give food poisoning to a large number of people.

I believe you but its ridiculous. Its like thinking someone is a dogfighter if they have historical books, a treadmill and a dog with scars among other things. Lawmakers can be stupid.

They were plotting to make a bomb and detonate it in the school, the book was just evidence gathered after the plot was discovered.
Three teenagers were arrested on Long Island Thursday for planning to build a bomb and detonate the explosive device at their school, cops said.
The three 16-year-old students of Connetquot High School in Suffolk County were taken into custody after an administrator at the school alerted cops about their alleged plan, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
The suspects were discussing the plot during a bus ride home on May 1 when multiple students overheard them and told the school administrator, authorities said.
Police searched the teens homes and discovered copy of a “The Anarchist Cookbook,” a publication that contains instructions about how to build homemade explosives. No actual explosive devices were found, cops said.
All three teens were arrested on charges of conspiracy in the 4th degree

I totally agree, but these kids just got busted because someone heard them talking about the books contents while on the school bus. I owned a copy way back when that was handed down to me.
Owning a book and getting arrested for it is right out of Ferinheight 750

I’m thinking we’ll be venturing into Minority Report territory

I always wonder if they are telling the t***h as I’ve seen people falsely accused before.

From what I’ve read, Kevyn has it right (for a change), but RUMOR doesn’t mean guilt. When I was that age, I was trying to learn how to construct an A bomb. I owned that book and all of us radicals learned how to make pipe bombs and such. Some of the guys actually made some and blew them up out in the woods, but we never hurt anyone.
Talking about how to cause harm is one thing, but doing it is another. These kids didn’t have the materials to construct a bomb, just the book giving them directions on HOW to do it.
When I was a kid we blew up plenty of things, but that didn’t mean we were terrorists.
Kids today have the same rights I did when I was young, the only difference is the fear that the left has of our freedoms.
