Overly happy people to be provided with emotional abuse cats

Overly happy people will be given emotional abuse cats to bring them down to the level of everyone else, it’s emerged.
People who are deemed to be too happy and comfortable with their current levels will be given a cat that will provide emotional abuse and normalise how happy they are.
The government program will save thousands of stray cats and place them with the people who need them most.
‘Overly happy people annoy the fuck out of the rest of us and make our lives even more miserable. This program will take them down a peg while also providing new homes for cats,’ said one government minister.
While emotional support dogs have been around for a while, emotional abuse cats are a relatively new idea and will hopefully create more e******y in how people feel.
The cats will not need to be trained as they are naturally emotionally abusive already.
