She feels the opposite, she says that my shaved face scratches, so beard it is for me...
One of our daughter's likes her husband's beard (he's bald headed though, and we all agree his beard makes him look quite distinguished), the other daughter likes her husband clean shaven.
Humorous anecdote: years ago I used to work with an ex-marine, he was playing with me about how sharp he looked clean shaven. I told him, yeah, I just feel its too prissy to have to pamper myself in the mirror shaving every day. He didn't have an answer, just said, yeah, I guess you have a point.
But then, just a couple days ago, my wife said she read that men's beards can have more germs than dog fur because of sweat. So we agreed I'd make sure and keep my beard clean.

I have heard about Germs in the beards on Greg Gutfeld show last night...Funny...I personally dont like beards because i feel like you guys trying to hide something in there...like food...lol...ZZTop will be an example of NO NO Beards for me...

It depends..... if the beard is g***med, I like them very much. There is nothing that fells more horrible than a 5 o'clock shadow. My husband had very fast growing facial hair, many times I would place my hand between his shadow and my face just to give him a kiss. After he retired, he grew his beard out, it was soft and did not leave my cheek scratched.

It all depends on who has the beard. For some soldiers it works. Ever see 13 Hours for instance? For some men it looks good but it doesn't look good on all men. Same with a goatee. Some can pull it off, others no.

Interesting note about ZZTop. The only member of the 3 man band that doesn't have a beard is named Beard. I read that back in the mid 80's in a rock magazine. That's the time in history that they really came on strong with all those great videos.
Another interesting note is that the organization that plays music at different speeds, even backwards, looking for hidden sexual or satanic words, does not list ZZTop because their lyrics are right out there in plain view.
Not to offend sensitive folks, but Titles like Woke Up With Wood, Pearl Necklace, Sleeping Bag, and Legs is so obvious that they can't be classified as "hidden messages".
ZZTop...truly a good ole' Texas adult rock n' roll band.

I was a teen and young woman in the late 60s when beards were a thing. I never found them attractive. Now that they're back in, I still don't like them. My only son has a well g***med but really BEARD beard. I've asked him when he's going to shave it. He says never. Both of my brothers also have beards.
