Had you followed the link provided then you would have a faster response to your question.,..for in paragraph 2 it says: "The United Constitutional Patriots detained the Central American asylum seekers at gunpoint Monday night before turning them over to U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents."

Yes, if Gov was Republican, but since she is Rat she probably will let them go into New Mexico...

There was more to her statement that was even scarier... adding that migrant families shouldn’t be “menaced or threatened in any way, shape or form” when they cross the border.

To a l*****t, probably saying "Go Home!" would be menacing.

It probably depends on state law; but generally speaking a citizen can make an arrest if they believe a felony has been committed - but not a misdemeanor.

Which, of course, brings up the question: Is crossing the border illegally a felony?

My understanding is that if one was deported once, next time they cross is a felony.

Law enforcement is considering filing kidnaping charges against these clods. The ACLU and Governor are in agreement. This offers a great opportunity. They could be offered a plea deal where they plea guilty of a felony to avoid jail time but as part of the plea they must not associate with anyone in their criminal organization, surrender all of their firearms, provide a list of their associates and as felons are permanently banned from the possession of firearms. Community service at a refugee shelter for a couple hundred hours and sensitivity and anger management training are also options.

It should be noted that they were rounded up in an area that has a wall. So explain again why a wall is so desperately needed?
