So the "officer" in question is President Trump. And Congress would have to come up with something that Trump did to harm the nation that all would agree that he should be removed. What on earth could that be? That he called the investigation a "witch hunt"? That he called it a "h**x"? What horrible thing has he done to harm our nation? He had no problem with the Mueller report being released to the public before Barr wrote his summary letter. He turned down an invitation to use his executive privilege to redact anything from Mueller's report. The economy is in the best shape it has been in for decades. Unemployment is at an all time low EVER. What will the Dems manufacture to convince everyday Americans that Trump has harmed America? Any guesses?

I think the 2016 e******n was a fluke. Not because T***p w*n, but because of how he did it. Hillary had twice the money and lost. Trump outworked her. Future politicians will learn from her mistakes. T***p w*n't get away with campaigning with far less money than his opponent again. I don't think that is a problem because I think Trump will at least match the Democrats next time. Also I think Democrats wasted huge amounts of money during and after the e******n trying to destroy Trump. Even liberal $ CaBillionaires run out of money eventually. The Mueller failure should dampen their enthusiasm and their war chest for a long time.

Back to the original question, "What was Trump's crime?" His crime was making a small attempt to discredit the false charges against him manufactured by the Democrats. To a Democrat and the media resisting false charges is clearly treason and obstruction of justice.

Correct. Trump's crime was whupping Hillary, fair and square. The audacity of that upstart, who'd never held public office to think he could go against the anointed, eminently qualified Hillary, who had been in government nearly all her life and who was justifiably entitled to assume the next step in her illustrious, fabled career as Commander in Chief.
For that t***sgression Trump deserved to be investigated until an impeachable offense was found. The cost of the investigation would not be an issue. Nor the time frame.
But after about two years and about $30 million dollars, the investigators gave up.
End of story.
