Them with healthcare, education,housing, food etc. the people who v**ed for those who are In Charge should be happy to have their taxes increased to support them. In the 1980's I had wo of my Employees headed to work one morning got pulled over by border patrol and taken to Dublin before it was revealed they were US citizens and missed a days work because of the disruption
