Heartbeat Bill Passed in Georgia (the 3d state this year!)

This will drive some folks nuts.... and for the rest of us, GO GEORGIA!!!! Now it is time for other states to follow this example..

Georgia legislators pass ‘heartbeat bill’ that would ban most a******ns "House Bill 481 would outlaw a******ns once a doctor detects a heartbeat in the womb — which is usually at about six weeks into a pregnancy and before most women know they are pregnant. Current Georgia law allows a******ns to be performed until 20 weeks.Georgia is poised to become the third state in as many weeks to pass similar legislation. A federal judge blocked Kentucky’s version of the law hours after it was signed by that state’s governor."

Since access to a******ns is a constitutionally guaranteed the law is just a waste of time and resources as the courts will shut it down in short order as they did in Kentucky.
