So what is the deal???....We are the Country for immigration...You would say"So why are we fighting then?..Oh, i tell you why..We are the country of LEGAL immigrants....Come here legally ,and we will welcome you with open arms....If you sneak here illegally and then demand to be treated like a citizen that you are NOT, then we have the right to deport you back to where you came from...Apply in your country,then wait in line like everybody else and THEN and only THEN we will welcome you with open arms!!......Try and sneak illegally into any other country and then demand to be treated just like the citizen of that country...They will kick you out in a New York minute!!!....So, as an LEGAL immigrant myself,here is my suggestion to you COME LEGALLY OR STAY HOME!!!!!

I agree with your comment, but I need to point our that while we want ONLY legal immigrants, a million every year is at least 900,000 too many and though we need to drastically lower the number of legal immigrants allowed annually, we also need to restrict them to those fireigners who: 1. Are proficient in English 2. Are well educated and have knowledge and sk**ls beneficial to the USA 3. Are financially and denied all access to any public assistance including free medical care and tax refunds 4. Have reasons other than economic for immigrating. 5. Are willing to give up previous citizenships, with allegiance only to the USA. 6. Has great desire to become USA citizen. 7. Is allowed to bring ONLY current spouse and children under 16, no one else.

Great points. Agree with all of them. When you watch the video of these caravans making their way across Mexico and gathering at the border, you can see that most of them are not carrying anything, except perhaps a backpack. What does that tell you? They come with nothing but expectations. From the second they step foot on U.S. soil they expect to be taken care of at the expense of the good old U.S. taxpayers. We are fools to allow this to continue.
