People who believe immigration is a right, and are harrassing banks that help finance privately owned prisons (these prisons hold the bulk of i******s detained by ICE) to divest themselves of their t***sactions with the privately owned and operated prisons.

They also want ICE abolished, and so far they have bullied some large financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo, to divest...

They have inside support from "too big for her britches" Congresswoman... You guessed it, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.

As I've said previously, AOC and Nancy Pelosi are, whether the Speaker of the House knows it or not (she's not that obtuse, she must realize it) most definitely on a collision course, and there will be fireworks at some point as Pelosi battles to keep her hold on her side of the aisle and Ocasio Cortez fights to consolidate her own ambition driven power.

Cortez has already been threatening banks over the prison financing while pushing for legislation that would allow her to carry out her threats.

She and these quasi- terrorists make excellent partners, and with AOC a member of the House, Pelosi and company will soon have to decide what to do about this...let them d**g the Democratic Party farther left to some political point of no return, or engage what will evolve into an AOC "faction" in an internal war that will just as quickly implode their party.

One thing is certain, either way: these "no borders, immigration is a right" activists are not going away anytime soon, and neither is Ocasio Cortez.

And... Wells Fargo is still smarting somewhat from their scandal about three years ago.

I remember seeing their daily full page ad, after they were caught, in the Wall Street Journal apologizing and assuring one and all that they'd ended the practice and were cleaning up their act.

They must have made an easy target for the "holier (and more hypocritical) than thou" Democrats.

I didn't see the C-SPAN broadcast, but the connection to the border is obviously over the prison involvement I posted about, because Wells Fargo was involved in financing them, making the bank a target for the open border "activists" and by extension, AOC.

What they want is to cut off the funding for the private sector prisons so ICE has noplace to incarcerate captured border jumpers and has to return to "catch & release," giving the i******s the opportunity to disappear into the U.S., never appearing for their court dates.

Oh, no. She believes they should be able to simply stroll across the border, check in for their "benefits" and make themselves at home.

She wants both ICE and the border done away with.

This is a Congresswoman, duly v**ed in, who believes in free college, free healthcare and government jobs for all, doing away with cows, airplanes (except, it seems, when she wants to fly someplace) and i*********n l*ws and have every home in America retrofit for renewable energy within ten years.

When asked how we're supposed to pay for it all, she replies, "We just pay for it."

She also wants all incomes over $10 million taxed over 70%.

The scary part is that she is acquiring a following with something like a million and a half Twitter critters.

The only outcome I can see for this is, like I said, all out war between her and Pelosi, because what these folks want WOULD destroy America from within, and Pelosi has to realize that Ocasio Cortez and friends could easily lose the Democrats massive amounts of v**es.

AOC is an anarchist and manifest t*****r to her vow of office. If third world Bronx won’t recall her then DOJ is bound by law to prosecute and imprison her! The e******n of Trump, with all his blatant faults, is , however surprisingly, the only thing slowing down dissolution!! All of these recent developments were planned and orchestrated by Justice Democrats over the last two years, starting with the recruitment of the candidates that are now freshmen congressmen. If the people we used to call the middle class don’t wake up and get off their asses, y’all will look around some day and wonder how you ended up in Haiti!!!

DOJ doesn't have the authority to prosecute her unless she commits an actual crime.

This campaign finance scheme she's been accused of, if it's investigated and they can prove laws were broken and she was complicit in it, they can indict her for it.

Otherwise, she is a sitting member of the House of Representatives until such time as her constituents v**e to recall her. I don't see that happening, because those loons knew what she stands for when they v**ed her in, and she won by a massive landslide.

Like it or not, she is Nancy Pelosi's problem, and with a million and a half Twitter followers, she is in a position to make good on her threat of primary challenges against any congressmen/women who don't toe her line.

Like I said, she and Pelosi will eventually be in a heated adversarial situation, which with any luck will knock the Democrats out of the box in November 2020.
